Welcome Home! Beautifully remodeled, private guest suite centrally located in the greater Seattle area. We are located 15 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and 12 miles north of Tacoma. There is a private patio with a view of the Puget Sound, and a park like setting, fenced, back yard. Our home is very secure and private, you will feel like you are in the country, yet only minutes away from everything. It is perfect for a relaxing or romantic get-away or business travel.

A no-frills cabin feel at a rustic house on the Salish Sea w/ private beach. Park and walk down trail (220 steps, must be able-bodied.) You are right on the water! Full kitchen, Keurig coffee machine (bring K-cups,) microwave, oven, fridge, hot water maker, water filter, washer/dryer, tub/shower, deck w/ BBQ. You will need directions. Trail lights upon request after dark. (This is not a party house, no pets or shellfish digging. Young children not recommended due to stairs.) Strong cell signal!

Kick back in this cozy suite while you wait for your flight. Have your own private space and full bath, with private entry. We have good access to downtown. 15 min walk to the light rail station or another 5 min to be at the front door of the airport! Make this your hub for all the sightseeing Seattle has to offer. We live here with our 10 mo old daughter, friendly pup and cat so you may see us in the front yard or porch. Ask about pets, as long as they are friendly it shouldn't be a problem!

Amazing lake view right outside your window! This cozy basement studio has a separate entrance with a view and access to a private lake. Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. Alex is clearly a well-seasoned host. His space is comfortable, welcoming, and includes all the essentials. His home is located in a lovely neighborhood: easy to find, close to the highway/I-5, and downtown Tacoma. Complete with a beautiful back deck with space to lounge and eat outside, friendly cats, and cozy bedroom - this is the perfect choice for a stopover in Tacoma. Alex is relaxed conversationalist who makes you feel right at home and is happy to have a chat or let you do your thing. I'll definitely stay again. Spent two peaceful nights in one of the rooms. I did not have time to enjoy the place, but I noticed they have a very beautiful backyard. Dang is fast responding and that was really helpful especially since my hours were really late(midnight arrival, 2 AM departure next day). I also love that he has two fans in the room. I like my room cool at night. Beautiful room and I enjoyed the showers. Perfect for my visit. Exactly what I needed.

Clean, quiet space, very comfortable bed with all the amenities you need. Parking was easy to find and within walking distance of a large, beautiful park. Ta was such an amazing host! Unfortunately due to a family member passing in another stay we had to leave spontaneously and cancel. But, there was not a moment where we didn’t feel welcome or at home! Ta even would invite us to eat with his family which was always so sweet! We loved it!

Desha’s listing came at the time I needed it the most. I was in need of a place last minute and Desha was quick to respond and accepted my booking right away. My dog and I had a great time at her place. The backyard was huge and my little corgi enjoyed running around. The neighborhood is quiet and safe; I felt safe and right at home the entire time. Also, loved all the amenities and the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again. :)
