Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Federal Way

Nice place as described. Quiet neighborhood. Good location near airport. Clear, timely communication from host. No problems. Would recommend to others.

This Airbnb was amazing. As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean, beautifully designed and full of amenities. The view was our favorite, which you get from all the rooms on the main story. Relaxing on the patio or in the hot tub was the highlight. We also loved cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen and enjoying as much time as we could in the home. Shannon was an excellent host, with thoughtful touches in the home including a gift for our little one and recommendations for parks for him. She was quick to respond to messages and always friendly and helpful. If you’re considering staying here, do it! You won’t regret it.

What a beautiful location to stay with family! The Sound and Mt Rainier views were stunning. A rocky beach was just a short walk down the road from the house with an amazing array of driftwood. We were able to explore part of the Olympic National Forest, a botanical garden, and light house visit. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The contemporary style home had beautiful wood/stone/tile/brick features. We spotted seals from the lookout deck near the edge of the bluff as well as bald eagles and some herons. A very restful experience giving us time to reconnect as a family. We appreciate Justin and Lauren letting us stay at their home/sanctuary.

The view from this place is the real selling point - you won't ever want to leave! Great amenities, very clean, and super-responsive hosts who handled any concerns (all of which were minor - like a missing tool to clean the grill) within a couple of hours tops. Highly recommended for a couple of families or just one that wants to spread out! With a car, it's near everything, including the Federal Way train station where you can park and get into Seattle easily and effortlessly by train!

Paul was a fabulous host! Harmony was wonderful! Everything was clean and ready for us. we had 7 people, 3 adults and 4 kids (3 teens). we had plenty of space. We would definitely stay again!

House was absolutely gorgeous and loved the view. As soon as you walk in the house you can see the view of the lake and it’s stunning! The house was beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. The hot tub was amazing. Took a lovely bubble bath in the bathroom tub and would highly recommend doing that. Kitchen was so nice, wish I had a kitchen like that at home! My toddler loved the toys they had at the house and she loved the fireplace too! Would highly recommend this house!!

~ Our stay at Lee's place was perfect in every way. We are not "dog people" and had been assured that the home would be cleaned before we came in a "leave no trace" manner targeted for any potential allergens. We found this to be true. ~ The home was very clean and welcoming, with attention to restful colors, tasteful decoration, light-blocking bedroom curtains, well-stocked kitchen and everything needed in the way of bathroom supplies. Lee checked in a couple of times just to see if all was well, but his printed instructions answered most questions before they were even asked. Thanks, Lee! ~ We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was! And we loved the private yard, set up so nicely to relax and entertain outdoors with BBQ, hot tub and a shaded table for six. We would definitely return to Lee's place and feel happy to be "home" again! ~ Favorite thing: Way Comfy Beds!!

Sandy’s place is really beautiful and Sandy is a great host. She was lovely and friendly and I found myself so comfortable talking to her. Her beautiful home is inviting and open. Her kitchen is a dream and she has the best coffee machine. I am really happy I got to stay with her and little Uni.

We had the most wonderful stay at Ivo's home! It is a beautiful property, stocked with just about everything you could possibly want or need in a home away from home. The views of Seattle are spectacular and extra magical at night. It's in a great location, just a 15-20 min walk to the monorail at the Space Needle park that shoots you to the centre of downtown in a just a few minutes. We appreciated coming back to this quiet location after busy days exploring the city. Ivo was an extremely friendly and attentive host, who was quick to respond to our questions and needs despite being remote. We can't recommend his listing enough and wouldn't hesitate to book again if/when we find ourselves in Seattle.

I stayed here for the past month. It was a pleasant time for Haoru and her family, all friendly, and we would talk together and be like family. The house is clean and tidy, fully equipped, conveniently located, conveniently parking, and very close to the bus stop. The first time I was here, I felt warmth. It is worth recommending. Uli is a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. The location of the house is incredible! A nearby park, near the lake, lots of great walking trails and just a mile or so from downtown Bellevue. Bellevue is great in terms of shopping, dinging, coffee, etc. The house itself is great maybe not quite as high end as the price reflects, but no complaints. The pool is heated and really nice.

Amazing Get together in a equally amazing Air BnB. this Lake corner Air BnB, had everything you need for 4 Families. Kayaks, multiple Sitout places near Lake, amazing Game Room. Lakeview Bedrooms, Clean bathroom with all toiletries. needed Umbrellas and were arranged on short notice. Special mention to sofas which were super comfortable and high quality. Lakeview Kitchen with required Utensils and helped us to cook Amazing Indian dishes. Thanks Anu for amazing time in Seattle/Tacoma.

I stayed for business purposes, the hosts were very responsive and easy to chat with. In the future I would stay there again, it suited my needs perfectly.

Perfect spot for my weekend retreat with my partner. Cozy, beautiful, and serene with so much wildlife to enjoy. Especially enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while looking up at the trees and listening to the forest sounds. Check in was super easy. Bed is very comfortable. It is a small cabin and the bed loft is in a small space at the top of a ladder, so may not be the best fit for larger folks or those who have mobility issues, but worked great for me and my partner.

Absolutely dreamy little cabin. We immediately wanted to come back. Met our needs so well and offered just what we were looking for!

Love the accommodations. Beautiful area. My only comment is the roof is loud. We could hear all the rain drops hitting the metal roof. The whole family loved the house and we enjoyed the lake. The house is clean, sofa could be updated. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Great place, amazing views, Matt was great and proactive as the internet company planned to shut down the WiFi for a few hours and we were aware 20+ hours prior. Neighbor has dementia but is a very friendly guy who may mistake you as the owner but non the less easy going neighbor.

5-Star Stay – Peaceful, Private, and Exceptionally Hosted The highlights: The home is very private, surrounded by beautiful nature, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need. The outdoor patio and barbecue setup were perfect for relaxing evenings. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and David is both responsive and respectful, always courteous to any needs that came up. A few things to note: If you have dog allergies, be aware that a pup seems to live there part-time. While David was on the property during our stay, the grounds are spacious, and he made sure we had full privacy. Also, there are quite a few outdoor cameras — great for those who value security, but potentially a bit much for guests sensitive to surveillance. Bottom line: A great spot to disconnect from the city and explore the Olympic Peninsula. Thanks again, David!

The cabin was comfortable and inviting. We enjoyed our stay. It was a rainy weekend but the views from inside felt like you were outside so we didn’t miss out on the views. We almost brought our grandkids but I’m glad we didn’t - the house is spectacular but would have been difficult to navigate with toddlers.

I had a fabulous stay at this Airbnb! The cabin is super cute and the view is fantastic! The location is very convenient to getting to the stores and restaurants in Silverdale or getting on the freeway. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces at this cabin, great patio furniture with grill and hot tub. Host was friendly and responsive. I hope to come back soon!

Very cute, unique cottage, just as described. The bed and other furniture are very comfy (we didn’t try the Murphy bed). The spiral staircase was sturdy and manageable. Definitely not the place for little kids due to the staircase and many cute breakables, as indicated, but a great place to take a nap! 😴 Between the wooded setting and the design of the cottage, it is quite dim, even with all of the lights on. Lovely to escape heat or to get cozy by the fire. Nice outdoor amenities - grill and covered sitting area string lights and hottub. We didn’t get a chance to try them but looked inviting. The field is slightly sloped and perfect to play ball with pups or humans. Our two little dogs loved it.
