La faune foisonne : chevreuils, faisans, écureuils roux, lièvres... La rivière, véritable rêve pour les pêcheurs, accueille hérons, cormorans, oies bernaches, aigrettes... sur ses rives. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.
