Holiday rentals with a patio in Filicudi

Our month in Canneto was simply spectacular. Denise is an extremely polite and helpful person. She took care of us in a very professional matter but at the same time made us feel as a part of the family. The appartament is clean, very well equipped and conveniently located. It is a stylish and smart place that allows for all the comforts one could desire for holidays and romote work as well. The terrace and surroundings are the proverbial cherry on top. Canneto is very peaceful but at the same time conveniently connected by public transportation and walking oppotunities. As for Lipari and the rest of the archipelago it is such an interesting and beautiful part of the world it is a must at least once in a lifetime for anyone. Highly reccomandable experience altogether!

c'è un grande problema in questo soggiorno: è durato troppo poco! siamo stati un giorno all'interno di questo delizioso appartamento io e mio cugino e siamo stati stra bene! giro il mondo da anni grazie al mio lavoro e ho visitato e conosciuto miliardi di proprietari e devo dire che persone come il signor Pippo e tutto il gruppo, sono persone rare da trovare. accoglienza degna di un 4 stelle, casa super pulita e profumata, curata in ogni minimo dettagliato, una cortesia e gentilezza inappagabile. abbiamo trovato colazione, acqua e ottima frutta di stagione (anche dei loro giardini). Quando volevamo noleggiare delle bici, prontamente ci sono state messe a disposizione le loro, con la messa appunto prima di utilizzarle. la sera inaspettatamente abbiamo ricevuto dell'ottima pizza fatta in casa proprio dal signor Pippo e tutta la sua deliziosa famiglia. ci siamo sentiti in famiglia, davvero! lo consigliamo a tutti, trattateli con cura che sono rare ad oggi persone così.

Wir waren nur 2 Nächte in Vittorias Unterkunft auf Vulcano, aber wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr hübsch. Toll war auch, dass an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter angebracht waren, um Mücken fernzuhalten. Das Kochen in der Küche hat Spaß gemacht, da sie gut ausgestattet war. Wir konnten sehr gut schlafen, da es nachts angenehm kühl, dunkel und ruhig war. Man gelangt sehr schnell zur Route hoch zum Vulkankrater und ist auch in wenigen Minuten an den Stränden und dem Hafen. Es war sehr schön!

Très bel emplacement avec une vue imprenable sur le port et la mer. Le logement comporte tout ce qu'il faut avec une terrasse privative et une grande terrasse commune en roof top. Les autres logements sont très proches mais l'ensemble donne une impression de convivialité et d'esprit vacances.

Notre séjour chez Alessia s’est bien passé - appartement propre, fonctionnel et joliment décoré. La plage est accessible à pied - on entend un peu le train qui passe pas loin mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. On recommande !

LIPARIE 18 au 22 mai Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est petit mais très mignon et il possède toutes les commodités nécessaires pour notre séjour. Ce qui fut très apprécié est que nous avions un repas de pâte et une bouteille de vin qui nous attendaient pour notre premier diner. Nous avons été accueillis par Rébecca qui nous a aidé à porter nos bagages jusqu’à l’appartement. Une petite plage se trouve à deux pas de l’appartement et si on se lève assez tôt nous pouvons admirer le lever du soleil. C’était magnifique. Patrizia la propriétaire a bien répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a offert le taxi gratuitement du port à l’appartement à notre arrivée. Épicerie à deux pas et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Die Villa von Federica ist die schönste Ferienwohnung, in der wir je waren. Die Ausstattung ist wunderschön und hochwertig und es ist wirklich ALLES da, was man brauchen könnte. Es ist absolut sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist schön ruhig nachts. Man braucht ein Auto vor Ort, denn die Villa liegt wunderschön am Berg, der sich zu Fuß aber nur schwer erklimmen lässt, weil es sehr steil ist. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der Außenküche, den man sich mit den anderen Gästen in den beiden anderen Wohnungen teilt, ist der absolute Hammer. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Auch die Außenküche ist super ausgestattet. Federica hat uns gebeten, einen Tag vorher Bescheid zu sagen, wenn wir sie nutzen wollen, sodass es nicht zu Überschneidungen mit den anderen Gästen kommt. Wir hatten Glück und es waren nur an 4 Tagen andere Gäste da, sodass wir diesen tollen Bereich fast die ganze Zeit für uns alleine hatten.

Federica was super helpful, kind and very responsive to our requests. We loved Salina and being at Federica’s place was super convenient and the perfect base for discovering the island.

Wir haben ein paar Nächte in der Wohnung mit großartiger Terrasse verbracht und waren nach dem Aufstieg aus dem Dorf nach oben immer wieder begeistert vom Blick auf das Meer und die anderen Inseln. Luigi hat uns am Hafen abgeholt und samt Gepäck zur Unterkunft gebracht. In der Küche haben wir alles notwendige gefunden. Leider wurden wir in einer Nacht durch Sandfliegen gestochen (kein Mückengitter, daher Mückenschutz mitnehmen!). Luigi hatte aber auch Mittel dagegen angeboten.

Das Apartement von Valentina ist super. Tolle private Terrasse mit wundervollem Blick und sehr bequemen Liegestühlen. Das Bett war super bequem, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. es bist wunderbar ruhig in der Nacht. Die separate Küche hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben immer selber gekocht, mit allem was der örtliche Supermarkt am Hafen so hergibt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist super. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Direkt von der Unterkunft kann mam gleich loswandern. Es gibt viele tolle Wanderwege. Filicudi ist wunderschön und die Natur atemberaubend schön. Vom Hafen muss man ein Taxi zur Wohnung nehmen. Valentina hat das für uns arrangiert. Die Wohnung können wir wärmstens empfehlen!!!

La maison de Claudio est un véritable havre de paix. La maison est singulière, atypique et reflète la personnalité de Claudio. Si vous êtes curieux et rechercher un endroit où déconnecter allez-y les yeux fermés. La maison est en parfaite adéquation avec la nature qui l’entoure. Que dire de la terrasse avec vue sur la vallée qui est absolument somptueuse. De plus Claudio vous donnera d’excellents conseils pour découvrir l’île de Filicudi hors des sentiers battus.

The house amazing, breathtaking, even more beautiful in reality than the pictures. Also it is not far from the port so very convenient. Lorenzo always replies to me quickly and also there are some friends of Lorenzo who’s there to help. The locals were also very nice to us, they even wanted to give us seafood for free! We had 3 amazing days in Alicudi which we won’t ever forget.

Villa Beatrice is spectacular. Comfortable, beautifully decorated with just the most incredible views and outdoor spaces. Every detail has been considered and Claudia is a very welcoming host, great communication and wonderful local tips. The perfect place to explore Salina from, I only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had the most incredible 3-day stay at Kasimir’s Airbnb in Alicudi! It's a truly magical and remote place, deeply connected to nature and its surroundings. The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos - thoughtfully designed with simple, authentic, and aesthetically stunning furniture. The walk to the sea is a good hike, so we spent most of our time enjoying at the house. It was the perfect escape. We’d come back every year if we could! All in all, a 10/10 experience. Kasimir was super responsive and extremely helpful in coordinating our ferry arrival and all the logistics. Thank you so much, Kasimir!

Appartement mignon avec terrasse, bien situé entre les deux ports. Fabrizio est venu nous récupérer au port et a été très gentil !

Villa Mulino al vento con la sua meravigliosa vista sulla città di Lipari è la location perfetta per le vostre vacanze Eoliane. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi e dotati di ogni comfort di grande design. Le ampie terrazze e gli spazi esterni sono perfettamente curati e arredati, in grado di regalare momenti di assoluto relax immersi nella natura. Il valore aggiunto? Il super host Leonardo che ci ha coccolato e viziato con prelibatezze home made e la sua compagnia. Sempre disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre curiosità e richieste; inoltre la presenza di Perla un affettuoso golden retriever ha addolcito tutti i nostri risvegli. Un grazie anche a Marithes per il suo sorriso e la sua deliziosa cucina. Insomma, sicuramente il posto perfetto per una vacanza indimenticabile.

Appartamento posto di fronte al mare, apri la porta e vedi già le spiagge devi solo attraversare la strada e hai splendide spiagge a tua disposizione. Parcheggio auto proprio sotto casa super comodo per portar le valigie devi solo fare cinque graDini. In casa non mancava nulla.

Rosella communicated right up to when we arrived. She met us at the port with a huge friendly smile. Nothing was too much for Rosella, she and her sister in law, Erina were wonderful and made our stay extra special and memorable Also gave us great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The views were amazing and the best you will ever have in Lipari yet, only a short walk, 100m to the centre. Highlly recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

Io, la mia compagna e la nostra bimba di 2 anni abbiamo passato uno splendido soggiorno. L’appartamento è circondato dal verde in un residence in una posizione ideale, vicino alle spiagge e ai negozi e bar. La pulizia è al top e non manca nulla in casa dalle stoviglie e utensili della cucina allo shampoo e bagnoschiuma. La casa è silenziosa e molto fresca, di rado abbiamo usato l’aria condizionata. La prossima vacanza a Vulcano la passerei nuovamente qui.

Excellent séjour chez Felice. Le logement est propre, confortable et idéalement situé (proche du port et des activités de Lipari). Felice a été très accueillant et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Had the most amazing stay with some friends at Maria Rosa's place. Could not recommend it enough! The place was beautiful and you can see so much effort has been put into the upkeep of it, the pool was great and there even was a laundry room which was very convenient. We will definitely be back!! :)
