Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

Stuga på 60kvm med egen strand & äldre standard. Två sovrum, ett badrum med toalett och dusch samt tvättmaskin. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl och frys sam induktionshäll med ugn. Bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Matplatser för 6 personer både inne och ute på altanen som vetter mot havet. Gasolgrill, parasoll, tillgång till egen strand. Notera att det är ett par trappsteg ner till stranden (!) 3kajaker, 1 dubbel 2 singel och samt en liten roddbåt finns att tillgå under vistelsen.Vedeldad badtunna finns.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Här finns allt ni behöver för en bekväm vistelse – diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn och tv. Koppla av på den stora altanen med magisk solnedgång eller ta en kort promenad till bryggan för ett kvällsdopp. Nära centrala Stenungsund med restauranger, caféer och shopping. Stort utbud för den som gillar klättring, friluftsliv, lugna kvällar och härliga bad i havet! Naturnära miljö, några kilometer till närmsta badstrand och 30 minuters bilfärd till både Lysekil och Smögen så finns mycket att utforska på er vistelse!

Cozy cottage close to both nature and city

Cozy newly renovated cottage right next to the coastal trail. A leafy oasis with bicycle distance to Lysekil and 400 meters to a swimming area by the sea. The guest house of 30 sqm with newly built kitchen and bathroom and is located behind our house. The sleeping arrangements consist of two single beds that can easily be pushed together to a double bed. Crib available if needed.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly renovated this year, centrally located in Bohuslän. On the property, there is also a café. Swimming with sandy beach 300 meters. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stovetop. New bathroom with shower. Bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed. The house is about 40m2.
