Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittler in der Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Schliersee in 5 Minuten und Tegernsee 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

Schliersee Spitzingsee Wendelstein region/ apartment

The bright, modern attic apartment is located in Neuhaus am Schliersee with views of the surrounding mountains. From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you can reach the Spitzingsee ski resort in 10-15 minutes by bus (stop 100 m) - or by your own car. (For electric cars: charging station available). We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults.

Loft apartment in an old farmhouse

Plenty of space and tranquility - this is what you will find in our converted attic in an old farmhouse in the heart of Flintsbach. The spacious apartment (approx. 90 square meters, 4 m ceiling height) has a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom (bed 1.80 wide, on request with baby cot) and bathroom. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a bed (1.50 m wide). On the balcony, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun.

Natural Stone Vacation Rental

Cozy and modern furnished first floor apartment with 55 m² in a representative Art Nouveau house from 1909. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Our attractive vacation home is located in St. Quirin. A beautiful, detached vacation home awaits you with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen-living room with an electric gas fireplace and gallery, a bathroom and a bedroom with double bed/ sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.
