Beautiful ground-floor apartment, just a few minutes’ walk from the center of Flachau. The outdoor area features a small terrace reserved exclusively for the apartment. A perfect starting point for hiking, ski touring, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing. The ski lift is 700 meters away, and the ski bus stop is located nearby. Also included are the Flachau Card with numerous included benefits, as well as the Mobility Ticket for the state of Salzburg (valid for all public transportation).

Vacation apartment for families - winter

Our vintage apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the ski lift (10 minutes walk) and the center of Flachau. Please note that the path to our house leads steeply uphill from the village. The ski-bus-stop to the ski lift is a three-minute walk away. We prefer to accommodate families to give them the opportunity to spend a wonderful winter vacation in Flachau. There is enough space around the house for tobogganing, building snowwomen / snowmen or enjoying the winter sun.

SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

In the middle of the Austrian Alps in the "Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé" we welcome you in our newly built Apartment Bergzeit. Our cozy, 65 m2 apartment is located in the center of Eben im Pongau. Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!

The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Our newly renovated apartment at Pötzelberghof is in an absolute dream and secluded location. The ski area Montepopolo in Eben is only 1 km away, or 5 min by car. Amade Spa is 2 km from us and our guests receive a 23% discount. The place here is especially suitable for people who love peace and nature.
