Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Our cozy farmhouse is located right in the center of Abtenau and can accommodate up to 12 people. It has 4 bedrooms with double beds as well as additional sleeping accommodations. Easy walking distance to restaurants and stores. Enjoy hiking, mountain biking, walks, beautiful alpine pastures and waterfalls. Families enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, miniature golf and summer toboggan run. The Karkogel ski lift is very close.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

The beautiful Thomangut mountain-view apartment is located at the foot of the Tennen Mountains in the middle of the natural Lammertal. The farm is surrounded by its own fields and forests and convinces all our holidaymakers with the unmistakable tranquility, nature and the simplicity associated with it. The property is located in St. Johann im Pongau and is a former farmhouse, mainly made of wood and was last lovingly renovated in 2025. Very cozy and comfortable for a romantic family vacation or with friends: the ideal place to feel comfortable. The house is very large and has large rooms, which is why it is suitable for up to 14 people.

FiSCHBaCH MouNTaiN LODGE

Located in unspoiled nature, right on the edge of the forest or Fischbach. The spacious accommodation of approx. 120 m² is located on one level with a separate house entrance. On the 4000 m² private property there is also a small barn with dwarf goats, a well, a Troad box and the landlord's house.
