Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a lean-to you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way up to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The island has a tunnel connection (underwater). Shop open 7 to 23 only 5 min walk away. Summer café Geitodden. Many great hiking trails and swimming bays nearby. Boat 14 f/9.9 hp can be rented on request. Here you will surely find peace in summer paradise. NOTE: Bed linen must be brought by yourself or can be included at an additional fee.

Gode solforhold på ene siden av hytten på dagtid, og kveldssol på andre siden. Gjest står fritt til å benytte 2 kajakker om ønskelig. Er det behov for parkering, så disponerer hytten 2 parkeringsplasser i nærheten, cirka 350 meter fra.

It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city center and 3 minutes to drive to the grocery store. There are also public transport services nearby.
