Beach condo holiday rentals in Florianópolis

Our stay was wonderful, the apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped, excellent location and has a tremendous view. Close to everything, supermarkets, shops and the beach. Francis and Katy welcomed us very kindly. We certainly enjoyed our stay to the fullest. 100% recommended! We are very convinced that we will return!

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

Luciano is a great host and the place is wonderful. Super close to beach and has all amenities including outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, amazing sauna an even restaurant inside of the condominium. The food and service was super great. The best touch was the view from Luciano place, right onto the ocean. The apartment is located facing the East and you can see the sunrise everyday. Very beautiful! We had breakfast, lunch and dinner outside every day just to enjoy the view.

THE ONLY THING ONE SHOULD BRING ARE THEIR PERSONAL THINGS, BECAUSE THERE YOU FIND THEM FROM THE ELEMENTS TO GO TO THE BEACH , TO TENNIS RACKETS TO ENJOY THE COURTS AND DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT THEREOF , IT IS PERFECT. Excellent value for money, very good apartment, extremely satisfactory stay. The only negative point is that it does not have sheets, pillowcases and towels for the accommodation.

Stayed here for a month and had a great stay! Super well located in Novo Campeche and a short walk to the beach. Wifi worked great for working from home and I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Literally the best Airbnb I have ever been in my life. I felt completely at home. The accommodation is very comfortable, as shown in the photographs. The area is very safe, and it is also meters from the beach. Marina is an excellent host: she is always pending and resolves any concerns as soon as possible.

Really nice place. Sober of the other complexes of the area. It has excellent service on the beach. It has restaurant where to order for lunch or drinks/drinks. The pool is excellent. The complex has security and exit to the beach. Let's go back. We loved the Catholic images in the apartment From the Blessed Virgin to the Bible on the table or the rosaries in the rooms.

Everything was perfect and Jhonson always answered our questions and solved our concerns immediately. The house is on the beach in a prime location in Ingleses.

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

🌟 Amazing experience in Florianópolis! 🌟 Monica's apartment is EXCELLENT. It's super equipped, absolutely nothing is missing and is very comfortable. Condo is a pleasure - it has a game room, pool, gym, a 24 hour market, parking and direct beach access. 🏖️ The beach is paradisiacal, with warm and transparent water, and it is also quiet, without agglomerations. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host - the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. He helped us with all our doubts and was very flexible with our arrival. ✨ We definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.
