We very much like the stay. We took a family trip and it was very cozy, I would stay again. Marcelo was attentive and took all my doubts quickly. The location helped a lot, close to downtown, supermarket and restaurants. I recommend hosting.

Great place and location. It's the same as the pictures. It had supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries nearby. Very close to downtown, a 15-minute walk. Winicius is very friendly and welcoming, very attentive to questions or concerns when we had them. I would definitely go there again!!

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same apartment building, which is very good, since you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. A food court will soon be installed in the same condominium. It is very complete and modern.

The apartment is just like in the photos, it has everything to cook, the hammock is very nice! Great location, pier and beach two blocks away, minimarkets one block away, Almir and his wife were very kind, they recommended places to go, we arrived before check-in and they kept our luggage while we went to lunch and they prepared the apartment, as well as at check-out they offered to keep our things, wonderful!! I recommend it 100%!!!!

The apartment accommodated us perfectly, the view is wonderful, everything is organized and clean, the location is great, close to everything. The host Bernardo is always available from the day of the reservation until our checkout. We will definitely come back to rest in this property.

Angelita is an exceptional host! Very friendly, dear and attentive. The accommodation is located in the historic center of Floripa and is an older building, however, the apartment has several modern touches in the furniture. From the balcony, we can contemplate the incredible view, even if not so close, of the seaside. It was a great place for my stay, close to many essential shops.

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Great location with safe parking, short walk to an awesome trail that takes you into the beach. Kind and accommodating host.

We stayed for a week, had everything you need, good internet, there is a washing machine. Relatively close access to the trail to the beautiful Mozambique beach. We liked everything. The only thing missing was air conditioning, but there are a few fans. Thank you so much!

The house is wonderful, beautifully decorated, super comfortable, spacious and I realized that it was built with children in mind. Before accessing the stairs, there are doors that we can keep closed for safety, and there is also an “art corner” in a small house on the upper floor (outside). The host is super friendly, nice and very helpful. If you have any problems, just send a message and she'll respond quickly and try to resolve them as soon as possible. I spent very special moments with my family and I will definitely return and recommend this place to anyone!

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! Estadia marvellous!!! Adriano and very receptive wife, as well as Elisa, a girl who helped us before check in! All impeccable, cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything clean and organized, we took care as if it were our own, because it was possible to understand the affection and care they had so that we had a good experience! We are just for the next trip, and we will definitely look for Adriano again!

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

Receptivity grade 1000, Mr. Amaro, who welcomed us, was super kind, showed us the whole apartment, informed us about the shops around, access facilities and instructions about the stay. The apartment was extremely clean, organized, everything as described. Utensils in great condition, fast Internet, and I need speed for work. To get to the beach is basically half a block, in addition to the proximity to markets, there is even one exactly on the block of the apartment, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. The only downside is that I had a date to leave, otherwise I would have lived there happily. Kamile and Mr. Amaro, congratulations! We highly recommend it to anyone interested.
