Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Florianópolis

There were 3 of us. The accommodation is well suited for a couple. The space is clean and has all the utensils. The location is great. Close to UFSC and everything is nearby.

At the top, very welcoming host, available and flexible on schedules. Regarding the apartment, it is as expected and very very good with a magnificent view. Recommended, thank you for the stay 👌🏼

Excellent apartment. Very cozy and easy to find. I recommend renting a car to make it easier to get to the other beaches and downtown. Very safe and the condominium provides a chair and umbrella. The apartment has 3 suites, plus another bedroom. Very well-equipped kitchen and the hostess left us breakfast products. I highly recommend it

Everything perfect! I had already stayed at other studios in Milano. This studio is Wonderful. The decor is stylish, the utensils are excellent, the linen is impeccable. We feel welcome . We love everything, and Carla is always charming

Dirk’s place was such a big surprise! This place has everything you need for a long stay. It's well equipped, clean, next to everything, easy to find, and very safe. Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. The mercadito 24hrs has muyyy good prices and accept pix. Breakfast in Beto very rich. Very grateful to Carlos. Wonderful stay 🥰

Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. Everything was clean, well organized and comfortable. Guilherme was super helpful and attentive, always available to help us with whatever we needed. Great property! Quiet place, very quiet,with comfortable furniture and well-equipped house. It is about 250m from the beach,but with very quiet access to it. Educated,helpful host. Anyway, a super recommended place for those who want to rest and even more for those who have small children because,in my opinion ,the beach of Daniela is the quietest for the little ones.

Izair was very attentive, the same house as the photos the whole impeccable house, beach is practically private house and foot in the sand, super quiet the children loved super calm sea worth well worth We will definitely go back.

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with a pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa is composed of a nice living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jacuzzi. Near the pool, another little house with 2 double beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen (to go to a bedroom, you have to go from the first bedroom). Negative notes: At our request to the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read uber that they refused to go up), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 uber (comfort) in 5 days refused to go up and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) came up barely... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and how to have it next to the bed. Cute but bumbling monkeys!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the space, the communication.. it was all fantastic. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice. It’s an ideal location too. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

I stayed for 1 week in the apartment, it had a spectacular view of the beach, they kept many things handy such as: umbrella, beach chairs, dryer, iron, grill, heater. The most charming thing was the nearby access to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, activities, etc. The place is centrally located where you can easily get to the house and other places by Uber with relatively low prices. I would return a thousand times, John is super friendly, attentive and quick to respond to changes.

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!
