Apartment holiday rentals in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

We traveled as a couple to Florianópolis and our experience was perfect. Check-in was super fast with internet info, electronic lock password and parking reservation already in hand before we arrived. The apartment has an incredible view and even with construction work in the building next door, the noise was unnoticeable. The pool view is surreal and the neighborhood has many things nearby, such as a supermarket, restaurants, the Hercílio Luz bridge, the center and the Santa Rita Warehouse, all of which can be reached on foot without sacrifice. Good bed, good internet, ideal utensils for eating, bathroom with faucet and hot and cold water shower. Very quiet. We love it and hope to come back and stay again. Julia, always helpful, allowed us to check out a little later and left us chocolate and water as treats. Worth every penny.

We love the apartment! Everything in very good taste. A light and cozy atmosphere. Great location ( on the street of the beach) and easy access to several beaches. Super quiet neighborhood! Jacek was ready to answer the questions and was ready to help us with what it took. We'll be back for sure.

Giovani’s studio was exactly what we needed for our week in Florianópolis. The apartment matched the photos—spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything from quality linens to a full kitchen—so cooking and working remotely were a breeze. Its location near UFSC meant we could walk to cafés, markets, and bus stops, yet the neighborhood stayed quiet at night. Communication was flawless too: Giovani replied within minutes to every question . If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located base with a genuinely attentive host, this place is a five-star choice.

Very well-equipped apartment, everything very new and tasteful, exactly as in the photos. The apartment is well integrated and the rooms and living rooms are spacious. The condominium is also very good, with a swimming pool, gym and playground for the children. For those who will spend more days, the service area is limited, otherwise, it is an excellent space!

I've had a very pleasant stay in this flat! It is brand new, inmaculately clean, well decorated/furnished. The building has a modern leisure structure available for guest use. Raphael and Maria Eduarda are nice hosts providing a quality support. We had a very fluid digital interaction and they were kind enough to make the sauna reservation when requested. I am very sensitive to noises and slept pretty well, since the street and the neighborhood are quite and silent. I could only recommend this Airbnb listing!

The space is super cozy and has a captivating decoration, well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. The place is great and calm and Gustavo it's a great host. He answer quickly and was flexible with our last minute check-in. The area is great and the way to the beach is super cool. The house has everything you may need. I strongly recommend to other guests.

Very cozy apartment, one of the best places in the hotel, close to the pool, game room, kids area, exit to the beach. The incredible view, too, for the pools and sea. The hotel in Si is a delight, calm, organized. Next to the hotel there is also a Foodtrucks area with plenty of options. I highly recommend it, a great place to go with the family.

We loved our stay, our host was amazing and it’s easily the best place that area. Fantastic stay!

A luxury, private, beautiful landscape and access with guest facial recognition (configured at check-in). The place has many amenities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, 24/7 self-service minimarket (accepts Pix payment), beach chairs, umbrella, grill (we did not use it, but it was available). All with free access, except for the private jacuzzi, which must be scheduled through Maira. My friends and I were fascinated. We had a great time, highly recommended.

From the time I made the reservation until the end of the stay, the service was very good. The studio is a delight, it's just like the photos and super cozy. Really ideal for a couple to relax!!! My husband and I felt at home, and the only problem was that we didn't want to leave. 🥰 We definitely want to go back.

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .

Very nice place, we loved the stay, as we like to prepare meals at home we had no problem, because the kitchen is very complete, a beautiful view of the sunrise, warm shower, comfortable bed 💗
