Finding Fran's apt was a true oasis, especially after a bad experience with another Airbnb. From the beginning, she was attentive mto, advancing the check-in by hours and receiving us well. The apt was clean, smelling, organized and well equipped, as well as being beautiful and cozy and, on top of it only 3m from the beach! We spent incredible days, including my fiancée's level, who even received an affectionate msg from Fran. The only problem was having to leave, because the place is so welcoming that it makes you want to live rs.. In the words of my fiancée: “Spending a few days at Fran's apt is like arriving at a friend's house who welcomes you with open arms, guarantees support and still makes you super at ease.” We still had the privilege of an extended checkout, which made the stay even more comfortable. The apartment is very clean and has a beautiful view of the pool area. The hotel complex is very well maintained and the place is very pleasant and beautiful. The location is excellent, it has a downtown area next to it with a variety of restaurants and shops.

The Quinta is a very nice place to stay. It’s quiet and close to a few places where you can hike. Cristina and Felipe were excellent hosts. They responded quickly all our questions and gave us recommendations on things to do around the area. I’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Cristina and Felipe!

We liked the house very much, everything was extremely clean and organized and corresponded with the description and photos. We felt at home and very comfortable. The villa is pleasant a few yards from the beachfront, well-equipped and located in a quiet part.

For those looking for calm and nature, it is the perfect place! And what to say about the host, Mr. Carlos made us feel at home. Villa is super attentive, polite and intelligent, has an incredible history and the property is a reflection of all his and his staff's work that is also super friendly. The place exceeded our expectations. It's nicer than what you see in the photos, a lot of green, quiet. It is a place that you can see that they are putting a lot of love on it. It's very bright. It's quite spacious and comfortable. Everything you need for an excellent stay. The main weak point of the place is the parking since the street is narrow and it costs to enter the vehicle ( especially if it is long) We loved it!! we were coming from a stay in the center and here we really feel vacationing!

The space is exactly as described in the listing: cozy, well decorated and functional. One of the great differentials for us was the location: close to the airport and within a complex that resembles a mall, with good options for restaurants and services that greatly facilitated our stay. Condo is a pleasure - it has a game room, pool, gym, a 24 hour market, parking and direct beach access. 🏖️ The beach is paradisiacal, with warm and transparent water, and it is also quiet, without agglomerations. Perfect location. Monica was an exceptional host - the dialogue was always fluid, friendly and respectful. He helped us with all our doubts and was very flexible with our arrival. ✨ We definitely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The stay was perfect. We went to Jurerê because my husband participated in the Iroman and wanted a place close to the race, and Paula's apartment was perfect.
