Family-friendly holiday rentals in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the place is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season it is open all week. As for the apartment, having meals on the balcony overlooking the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea from your bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It is an excellent place to work from home. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We will certainly return again. We love it!!

Place top, flawless house, well-equipped. The Internet failed a little bit, but nothing that annoys much. What left to be desired was a work beside the house, a neighboring building. Village that the masons woke us up every day at 07 hrs in the morning with a lot of noise. Everything was perfect.

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

The house is cute! Very whimsical at home detail. Small and cozy. It has an incredible balcony and it is possible to see the sunset. Various items and utensils. Check in and check out was super flexible. Sílvia is a sympathy and has made us super at ease.

Ligia is an excellent host, very accommodating and always willing to help. Very thoughtful welcome touches. She gave great recommendations for trying local cafes and restaurants. The place was as advertised, clean and quite. I felt at home and I had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again!

The watchtower house is a sensational place, the neighborhood is excellent, the view is wonderful, and the house is exactly as in the photos! We had an excellent winter holiday, enjoying the view and the peace that the neighborhood's silence provides. A 10!

Marcelo and Marina's place is perfect and just as it is in the photos. Has a very good energy. The house is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were always very attentive to everything. we'll be back for sure.

We were three couples of friends, for 3 nights, the house is very well equipped, comfortable and cozy. The decoration was done with very good taste, the kitchen with pots, cutlery and utensils in good condition and clean. Close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The hostess' care was evident in the well-distributed lighting in all rooms, as well as the reading options available. The experience was very good, we will definitely be back! I recommend it for those who want to rest and enjoy time with friends!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. The place is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, games for children and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant that also serves on the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is fast and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has splits in all the bedrooms and in the living room, cellar, crystal bowls, 2 spaces in the garage and on the balcony you can see the sea. The internet works very well. we want to go back already.

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is at the height of the treetops, which gives you surreal privacy. Very quiet, clean and complete. The gas shower is super hot, there are extra blankets and very good air conditioning.

I really enjoyed my time and I wish I could’ve extended but they were booked the following week. I felt right at home. I loved having my patio facing beautiful trees, hearing the ocean waves, being serenaded by birds and most of all frequent visits from the 2 sweet dogs & 3 lovely cats. I grew so fond of all their pets and all their cuddles. It’s a peaceful and relaxing area that helped me rejuvenate. I’m thankful for such wonderful hosts who made me feel welcomed. Carine was so gracious in lending me her Bicycle. Boris gave me some information about the area, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to return next year!

The hotel is very cozy, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, accommodation exactly as advertised, clean, and with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Boris was a great host, I recommend staying!
