The apartment is just like in the photos, it has everything to cook, the hammock is very nice! Great location, pier and beach two blocks away, minimarkets one block away, Almir and his wife were very kind, they recommended places to go, we arrived before check-in and they kept our luggage while we went to lunch and they prepared the apartment, as well as at check-out they offered to keep our things, wonderful!! I recommend it 100%!!!!

It was a wonderful stay, Suzana is very welcoming, the space is private, the view is really wonderful! The arrival recommendations are very important, as Uber shows other routes that are dangerous to take. But the main street, as she explains to get there, is very quiet!

Martin and Nisia are very attentive! The house was clean, organized and equipped! It's in a great location, we did almost everything on foot (Not to mention the view, right, wonderful!). On Saturday, there were some teenagers making loud noise and smoking near the house, but nothing that hindered our stay.

The house is super clean, well decorated and very cozy. The barbecue space is great, perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The structure is complete, it had everything we needed. In addition, the host was very attentive and advanced the check-in, which made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

It was one of our best experiences on Airbnb! The spectacular house cleaning, smells, great bedding, comfortable beds, distribution of the wonderful and super-equipped house. We had a wonderful stay! The host Martin was always very attentive, available to help with any questions, with clear information and always very polite. The house is perfect for spending a few days relaxing with family or friends. The rooms are super comfortable, the shower is warm, and the kitchen is fully equipped, we prepared all meals with ease. The view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the waterfall on the property is a real treat, easily accessible and beautiful. Everything was impeccable. We'll definitely be back!

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! we travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

Wonderful place, facing the beach. Waking up with a wonderful sun in your window is very special. Going to sleep listening to the waves of the sea and seeing the place from your bedroom window is great. Itapema proved to be an excellent beach, full of activities, good restaurants, clean sand, great shops around. Kind and polite people... a paradise.

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.
