A beautiful and tranquil setting, you will find it peaceful and relaxing. Facilities include a double bed in the main bedroom which can be split into two single beds, and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The property is a converted attic space and therefore has a sloping ceiling so be careful not to bump your head! Number 7 is a stylish cottage in the sought after west end of Elgin. It is just a short walk from the city’s vibrant array of cafes, bars, restaurants and the home of Gordon&MacPhail for the whisky lovers. Recently refurbished with traditional features, including the original cast iron roll top bath for which we highly recommended a relaxing dip with lots of bubbles. This is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Moray Coast, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands.

Lovely cottage for the two of us. Charlotte was very responsive with communication, and the welcome pack was great: the freshly baked loaf of bread (still warm in arrival!) was very nice, and the open fire was a nice touch. Peaceful surroundings and a great location when visiting all the historical areas. Cottage was clean and tidy. If we were in staying in the area again, we'd consider staying here for a second time.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, am Bahnhof von Elgin. Mehrere Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte fußläufig. Durch die alte Bauweise morgens etwas laut durch die Hauptstraße. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Kleine Whisky-Auswahl ist in der Wohnung vorhanden und kann gegen eine Spende genutzt werden. Auch wenn wir davon kein gebraucht gemacht haben, war es eine tolle Idee. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

The home was outstanding in amenities and comfort. The description exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic for walkability to restaurants and grocery. Near the Speyside distilleries, book transportation in advance. Steph was kind and responded quickly to all my questions. Would stay here again.

Joanna was amazingly friendly and proactive in her responses. From booking to check-out, instructions were clear, accurate, and timely. The house was incredible, in an absolutely gorgeous part of the world - with the river Spey a stones throw away and numerous munros on your doorstep, it's the perfect location for an outdoor getaway! Will absolutely be staying again! (The pots and pans were top notch as well!)
