Huset ligger 200 meter fra stranden og er placeret lige bag Molskroen og Molskroens populære ishus. Huset ligger på en flot vej med allétræer i rolige omgivelser. Fantastisk lukket have. Det var nemlig i slutningen af 80'erne, man stoppede med at bruge bygningen til duer og høns, og som idag står nyrenoveret af 80% genbrugs materialer, der skulle være smidt ud på byggepladser, men som istedet blev brugt til at bygge denne sjove lille bolig. Boligen ligger lige i centrum af Sjælland og øerne, med 1 lille times kørsel til bla. kbh.
