Holiday rentals with a balcony in Follonica

Ottimo appartamento nel meraviglioso golfo di Viticcio. L'appartamento può ospitare tranquillamente 6 ospiti. I plus da citare sono l'ampio patio esterno con bbq, balcone con vista sui meravigliosi tramonti di Viticcio, lavatrice, bagno con vasca/doccia, cucina completa di tutto il necessario e non ultimo la vicinanza alle spiagge tranquillamente raggiungibili a piedi anche con bambini. Adatto a chi ricerca la totale tranquillità. L'accoglienza all'arrivo non potrebbe essere migliore grazie a Carol, persona molto gentile e competente che vi farà subito sentire a vostro agio oltre a fornire i migliori consigli per un'ottima vacanza. Da notare: l'appartamento viene gestito dall'agenzia internazionale Interhome con la quale è piuttosto macchinoso interagire. Nonostante questo è stato possibile, con un certo impegno, modificare la prenotazione. E' stato inoltre necessario lasciare una caparra di 300 euro, cosa non inizialmente specificata al momento della prenotazione sul sito di AirBnB, ma solo in un secondo momento all'invio della conferma di prenotazione da parte di Interhome circa 10 giorni prima della vacanza.

Great place very close to the sea. Parking is available 5min away by foot. Serena was very responsive and check in was easy. The only thing was, that we had to bring our own bed linen. But other than that everything was super!

Very nice and quiet place with a great pool! Very close to good restaurants and shops. We stayed with the family and can really recommend the place.

Idealne miejsce na wypoczynek (6 osób) i bazę wypadową do zwiedzania Toskanii. Piękne, przestronne mieszkanie z ogromnym tarasem. Widok na malownicze wzgórza i San Giminiano. San Donato in Poggio to piękna miejscowość. Bardzo dobrze położona. Bliskość głównej drogi (autostrady) do Sieny i Florencji jest dodatkowym atutem. W miasteczku jest kilka lokali gastronomicznych (restauracja, pizzeria, kawiarnia i bar), sklep Coop oraz stacja paliw. Matylda i David - fantastyczni.

Une semaine de rêve où nous avons pu profiter de l'île sans nous soucier de l'appartement. Le calme et le respect avant tout. Propre et lumineux, conforme à la description du site. N'oubliez pas d'apporter vos condiments (huile, vinaigre, sucre, etc.) car ceux-ci ne sont pas fournis, mais le supermarché est vraiment proche. Le parking est faciles d'accès et l'emplacement est parfait pour explorer la ville ou en sortir. Nous avons toujours bien mangé dans les restaurants. Merci

What an amazing stay! The location is quiet and peaceful, the views are absolutely amazing and "wow" you as soon as you arrive! The garden is large and partially sloped and the freshwater swimming pool (not heated) is at the bottom. There are two undercover seating areas in the garden and enough sun loungers and seats to comfortably seat everyone. The house is on two levels and feels quirky at first, but you soon get used to it. Downstairs is more like a "granny flat" but has all you need (fridge freezer, bedroom, dining room, bathroom w/shower). Upstairs has two double bedrooms and one twin, plus two more bathrooms. A lovely dining room and kitchen (with all appliances/utensils) you need made the house absolutely perfect for six adults, two toddlers and an infant. There are no larger shops within 20 minutes drive, so stock up well when you do go shopping. Communication with host was extraordinary. So quick and helpful and really appreciated. Absolutely amazing holiday!

We were a group of friends and we had a wonderful stay in Puggio Cuccule. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very nice! The only complaint we have was the noise from the nearby motorcross trail that stopped only in the evening hours. It could be because there was some kind of a competition.

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden - waren 9 Personen mit 3 Kindern und das Haus hat uns wirklich genug Platz geboten - in einem sehr kleinen Nebengebäude gibt es noch ein Doppelbett mit Bad - ist aus meiner Sicht eher ein Einzelzimmer - sonst aber alles sehr gut - nach Monteverdi Marittimo sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten - dort gibt es eine Bar, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und eine Trattoria - an den nächsten Strand sind es ca 35 Minuten mit dem Auto - ins Bolgheri zu den Top-Weingüter in etwa 20 Minuten Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung - das Haus war sehr gepflegt und gut in Schuss

Sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch gestaltete Wohnung. Ein großes und ein kleines Bad vorhanden, sehr geschickt für mehrere Personen. Schöne Terrasse mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und großem Tisch. Nah am Zentrum gelegen, für Besorgungen braucht es kein Auto. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in der Umgebung.

Joy (the owner) is a joy! She is one of the best hosts we’ve had on this platform. Flexible checking, due to delayed flight. Rooms were bigger than anticipated and beautiful. Lovely rustic Tuscan charm of a property. Plenary of recommendations at the property for local restaurants and activities. Can’t recommend this property enough!

We stayed for a week in this beautiful place. When we arrived it was already very welcoming (we got an own baked apple cake), and throughout the week we were treated with many Tuscan treats near the pool. Any issues we had were very swiftly resolved. On top of that the kindness of the hosts is something we have never encountered before. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to how you are treated in this accommodation, if we could rate 6, we would want to rate 7 and so on. All in all we have had a great holiday and we definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Tuscany!

Casa come da descrizione, cento di Capoliveri vicinissimo ma allo stesso tempo zona tranquilla e silenziosa, contraddistinta da una serie di villette. Le prime spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti. La casa ha un bello spazio esterno, una cucina grande con tutto il necessario, camere spaziose e con armadi grandi. Lo consiglio davvero, unica pecca se devo dirlo è il costo delle pulizie, un po' alto rispetto alla media.

Modern eingerichtete und saubere 2-Zimmer-Loft mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Diese ist mit zwei Liegestühlen, einem Tisch mit vier Stühlen und einer gemütlichen Lounge ausgestattet – perfekt für zwei Personen, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Wohnung ist leicht zu finden, jedoch erfordert die Anfahrt etwas fahrerisches Geschick, da die letzten 50 Meter über eine Naturstraße führen. Das Zentrum von Capoliveri ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachbarschaft sind häufig Hunde anzutreffen, die tagsüber und teilweise auch nachts draußen sind und sich entsprechend bemerkbar machen. Für tierliebende Gäste dürfte das kein großes Problem sein, aber es ist gut, das im Voraus zu wissen, falls man absolute Ruhe bevorzugt.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Elba und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Die Aussicht von der Wohnung aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch – jeden Morgen aufs Meer zu blicken, war ein Traum. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Küche war top ausgestattet! Die Lage ist schön zentral, sodass man schnell in den umliegenden Orten ist, aber trotzdem seine Ruhe hat. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Elba selbst ist traumhaft schön, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Top Unterkunft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Klimaanlage/Heizung in 3 Zimmern. Alles recht neu und schön renoviert. Etwas weit zum Strand/Restaurant - hat uns aber nicht gestört. Besonderen Dank und Lob möchte ich dem Gastgeber vor Ort aussprechen. Es war sehr angenehm und er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und Gespräche :-) - vielen Dank Stefano
