Great stay! Was able to accommodate us EXTREMELY last minute for the canyons ultra marathon. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, easy to get in and out of, located by tons of restaurants and stores.

Our stay here was amazing and incredibly comfortable. This home was beautiful, and Carolyn was fantastic. She consistently checked in with us to ensure everything was going well throughout our stay. On the plus side there was a beautiful orange tree and the oranges were amazing. Definitely will stay here again. -Thank you!

The home suited our group well. The home is large, so plenty of room to spread out and relax. The grounds are very beautiful, and the hosts provided great touches for outdoor relaxing such as blankets and bug spray.

The home was perfect for our large family and the host was also flexible with our situation which we really appreciated. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed if cooking meals, and the location was also ideal having great restaurants nearby. It's close to walking and bike trails, but it rained while we were there so unable to enjoy. The wi-fi and cable worked perfectly and the house was well-stocked, even with shampoo and conditioner. The only thing we ran out of was tp...lol, but no biggie, since stores were convenient. We really appreciated having laundry room access and the master bedroom was delightful. This was our first airbnb and it was a great experience overall, thanks to terrific hosts and a big, beautiful home.

I absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and clean and I just kept going from room to room looking at all the cool stuff and finding something new every time. The yard was so peaceful and private and relaxing too! I can't say enough about this little house except... I'll be back!!

Great place - was perfect for a family to get together. The outdoor space was our favorite - the kids swam all day while we relaxed on the shaded patio and cooked on the outdoor kitchen. The home was well stocked and the beds were so comfy!

This is a lovely spacious house on the river. A bargain well worth the price. A great base camp for hiking and river trips or just hanging out on the deck listening to birds and the river. Would highly recommend

Exceptional! The Nest is aptly named and charming; the furnishings are better than the pictures. The Treehouse hosts thought of every detail to make my stay perfect. The location is convenient for walking, and the patio and firepit were enjoyable features. I will always fondly remember my week at The Nest and hope to stay there again when visiting Sacramento.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

Charming stay, with all the ameneties I needed for a week stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, and the private single car parking garage attached to the unit was very convenient! The Airbnb is a nice private stay in a beautifu,l quiet neighborhood and very walkable to parks, restaurants and cute coffee shops. Tiffany was very responsive to all my questions and needs, and check-in was self serve and easy to find.

Got the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb during my recent trip to Sacramento, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The apartment is sleek, stylish, and very spacious, with plenty of natural light. The interior is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and contemporary design perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when I didn’t feel like going out. Location-wise, this place is unbeatable! It’s just a short walk from downtown’s best restaurants, bars, and attractions like the California State Capitol and the Sacramento Kings’ Golden 1 Center. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and offers a lot to explore.Communication with the host was seamless—quick responses and great recommendations for things to do in the area. The amenities were top-notch, and the place was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Sacramento!

The cottage was lovely. Danika was very welcoming. We will definitely be back with a big group and take advantage of all the cute cottages that Danika has. Coloma is a cute little town, some good option for breakfast/lunch and dinner and we had a great time rafting. Loved everything about it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

Our three-night stay at this Airbnb was simply incredible. The hosts: Joann and Victor were incredibly friendly and fun, making us feel right at home. The rooms, furniture and surroundings were impeccably clean, way way better than the pictures on the listing. We even had lunch together, adding a personal touch to the experience. You can barbecue or bon fire. Every room was thoughtfully decorated, reflecting the host's impeccable taste and attention to aesthetics. We enjoyed river rafting on the American River, Gold Rush museum in Coloma, Gambling in Red Hawk Casino which is just 10 minutes away and Exploring the charming downtown area. Heads up: this place has 4 beds but all single ones, so it might not be ideal for couples unless they’re as small as us to fit in one. Overall, this Airbnb provided an amazing experience, thanks to the exceptional hosts Victor and Joann and their lovely home. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay.

Great location only minutes from restaurants, Sierra foothills, whitewater rafting on the American River. We are part of a film crew that travels all year long and always prefers houses over hotel rooms. The host was very accommodating and even had a place for our horse (filming a show about cattle ranching).

Cedric and Jun’s place exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our weekend stay with family. The upstairs living space was inviting and comfortable and the kitchen was open and bright and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were modern, light and super clean and bedrooms were very cozy. We loved that two of the bedrooms were downstairs and separate from the living space and very quiet. Another bonus was the beautiful deck and gathering space just outside of the kitchen. Overall we really appreciated the quiet surroundings, ample parking, and beautiful and very clean home. We will definitely come back and stay again and recommend to friends visiting the area!

We were looking for a private, rustic, yet modern weekend retreat and we found it. The setting was great and the cabin had all the indoor and outdoor amenities we were expecting, plus an expansive deck with comfortable furniture - and a helpful bug zapper!

Awesome little cabins on the river. Great fishing in the morning with a perfect spot on the bear river. Cabins were perfectly clean and the beds are super comfortable. Grill worked well and they supplied pots and pans. You definitely do need a 4x4/AWD to get down next to the cabins. RAV4 with AWD made it up and down fine. Awesome affordable getaway. 10/10 would recommend.

What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!

What a wonderful Place! Because we made a wrong-day booking at "The Davies Family Inn at Shadowridge Ranch" nearby, Linda Davies called her friend Gordon if he can help us out with this beautiful small house. The small white House is very beautiful, has a huge garden behind and all amenities you want. The Rainshower is awesome, Kitchen with everything, x Remote-Controls for TV, DVD, AC, Fireplace, Lights etc. THX Gordon!

We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay over the Mother's Day weekend. The log cabin was so inviting and we liked discovering all the little decorative touches. The beds were very comfortable and the new showers were beautiful. The kids enjoyed the stream and we spent our time in the hot tub watching a fledgling robin learn to fly under the watchful eye of its mother. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped. The crowning welcome was a loaf of fresh artisan bread and delicious baked treats on the kitchen counter from a local bakery. The only problem was that we had to go back to work and school and couldn't stay longer.
