If you arrive by car or scooter, a free private parking space is available, suitable for a small-sized vehicle. The apartment, located on a single level, has an independent entrance (accessible by climbing only 3 steps) and features a spacious terrace overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy unique moments of relaxation. BATHROOM: Equipped with a shower cabin, bidet, towels for face and body, shampoo, shower gel, soap, hair cap, and a large hairdryer. LIVING ROOM WITH SEA VIEW: Spacious and bright, equipped with a smart TV, a masonry bench with a comfortable cushion, air conditioning, and a refrigerator with a freezer. You’ll also find a dining table and a large sideboard containing everything you need to prepare and serve a meal (cutlery, water and wine glasses, pots, etc.). In the same space, a small partition hides a washing machine and a small kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking (including oil, salt, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar, etc.), along with cleaning detergents. The air conditioning in the living room keeps the temperature comfortable in the other rooms as well. For further comfort, each bedroom has a large fan or a heater, depending on the season. The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me.
