Holiday rentals with a patio in Forio

This Airbnb was exactly like the pictures, but better! The host was helpful and gave a ton of great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. We rented scooters for 3 days and the process was seamless and we were able to see the island and all of its beauty. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful place! Thank you!

The apartment was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom worked good.

We had a great experience! The host was super helpful and friendly, always promptly responsive and proactive in providing recommendations on the local attractions. The apartment was nice and welcoming, very clean, comfy mattress, air conditioning and lovely shower. The position is central, just a few steps from the shopping streets, the port, a beach and major bus lines at the doorstep. I'd definitely come back if I'll visit Ischia again!

Great location, just 4 minutes away from a public beach and 10 minutes to Forio. Nice apartment with a small private pool, and there’s even a larger pool with a bar just around the corner, also operated by Angelo and his staff. Everything was great.

Real procidian house whose restructuring for rent does not affect its character. Collective and generous family welcome.

A stay that will stay in our hearts! Augusto, Eva and Enzo were really kind and friendly, they welcomed us and treated us really well from the beginning to the end of our stay. There are directions to the beaches and points of interest, but also the tips on where to eat both as restaurants and as a snack! What to say? Of the really exquisite people with whom it was nice to chat during the day! Villa Martina is a beautiful place, starting with the architecture, the swimming pool and the sunset view area a little more secluded. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in every way! We hope to return in the future :)

The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped with all the modern conveniences, including recently updated, bathrooms. Giovanna was the perfect host. Friendly, helpful, and very kind. Giovanna's house had every amenity you could think of, and she was a super thoughtful host and provided you with anything you could think of. She is so passionate about Ischia, and gave amazing recommendations. The house is in a great part of Ischia, and is walkable distance to amazing beaches and restaurants. I can't recommend Giovanna and her home enough. Thank you again Giovanna for an amazing stay <3

Super cozy, great terraces, beach right at the doorstep. The only negative point: under/next to the house (in the mountain) is a railway tunnel that is sometimes quite loud. The approach path to Naples is also directly above the house. However, this did not bother us.

We were guests of this property with a small child and found it comfortable for families, they provided us with the crib and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent and the possibility of parking the car in a reserved area definitely a plus! The host is extremely responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

We absolutely loved staying at Vincenzo’s home, it was spacious and the location was perfect. He checked in with us through our stay and when we inquired about something, he was happy to not only give useful suggestions, but even made sure to find the item we needed and had it delivered to us. He was very sympathetic with our late arrival due to difficulties with our flight and had picked up some basic items to tie us over until we could access a store. We were only sad that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the beach, just steps away and variety of restaurants in the area. As we visited many cities in Europe, it was refreshing to have access to a washing machine to freshen or clothing. We look forward to visiting again, in the future.

As a solo traveler, this was the perfect location to get around! Walking or taking the bus was very easy

Francesco is absolutely wonderful. Such a gracious host and very helpful. His communication was superb, his knowledge of the island and recommendations were great. He was more than happy to assist us throughout our stay. The location of the apartment couldn’t be better for the area. Highly recommend doing the tour of the castle, even the walk up it was very easy even though it may appear to be daunting. The views from there are impeccable. Bonus points to Francesco for introducing us to his darling black cat Ambra. Thanks again for everything!

My family and I stayed at Luigia's Beautiful place for 6 nights. Roberta who manages the Villa was super proactive and Beyond Kind and Helpful. She met us at the Apartment helped us with our Huge and Heavy Luggage and welcomed us with some Local Bread and Pastries. The Villa's Location and View is just breathtaking. Views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the famous Castle. We never wanted to leave and could have stayed for another week. The Villa is super walkable into Ischia Pointe and to the Port Area. Roberta referred us to Roberto a Car Driver and he took us everywhere we wanted to go around the Island for many of the days we were there - he was so funny and kind and very reasonable. The Villa is filled with Charm - some old world and some modern. Everywhere we went and ate was fabulous. Roberta and Roberto always made sure we were okay while we were at the Villa and followed up to make sure we made it home. I will definitely return - Thank You Roberta for your kindness.
