Very good accommodation, up to the description and photos. there is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. the terrace is a real plus.

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

Great villa 100 meters from a beautiful sea in a private, elegant and quiet consortium with dedicated beach and beach equipment for 2 people. Fabulous, cozy and beautifully finished garden. Maybe some finishes in the house to improve, but overall we had a great time and we will consider the possibility of coming back in the future.

An independent villa in a quiet area with a pool and a stone's throw from the sea. We stayed in four people for three nights. The house is equipped with all comforts. Possibility of car parking inside the villa, new air conditioners, well equipped new kitchen, TV, wi-fi, outdoor space with small garden. We had a good time. Recommended.

We spent 1 night in Cassino on our way to Puglia. Massimilianos' apartment was extremely well-appointed and in a central position with a short walk to bars and restaurants. The apartment hosted a big, stylish shower bathroom and a comfortable bed. The extra touches of quality towels, shampoo, and robes were appreciated. It was extremely reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations..

Restful and relaxing stay - great location when breaking your journey from south to north. Added bonus of being able to see Monte Cassino - with a great views from the apartment. Clean, well provisioned and friendly host.

The apartment is in a village that was virtually wiped out during WWII. It has been rebuilt and it is again what I would expect of an Italian village. We loved the atmosphere. We had a drink in the bar below the apartment with a few of the locals and our hosts. Everyone was very friendly.

I stayed at Dorothy’s place for six months, and although I was far from home, the apartment truly felt like one. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, perfect for both short and long stays. Wow!! House nestled in the characteristic alleys of gaeta. We checked in by taking the keys from the bar near the listing (maximum flexibility). Once we entered we were amazed by the cleanliness, attention to detail and simply the beauty of the house (just renovated). We thank Alessia for her availability and attention to guests. Pleasant stay , very kind and professional hosts and staff. On the way out, we also found a thank you for choosing them a complimentary bottle of wine. Maybe I would only improve the windows in the pet friendly area on the beach that unfortunately had very little shade. But overall we had a great time. Thank you 💖

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.

Maria is a great, attentive hostess and offers a great and spacious apartment. We enjoyed the amenities, the magnificent view of the sea and the neighboring town of Gaeta and the good breakfast in the Bar Trieste. The central location is also good - we just didn't expect the main road to be so loud (earplugs for the night are helpful). But Maria can't do anything about the noise. 😉 For very good and also exceptional food we recommend in Formia the Trattoria "Il Tiesto" and in Gaeta the Zrattoria "La Maccelleria". We enjoyed it very much there.

Donatella was very nice and approachable. The house is located just above Itri, in a quiet area from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, the rooms are well-kept and clean. For breakfast there was a wide choice and the cake prepared by the hostess was really good. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in the countryside.
