Beachfront holiday rental in Formia

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

The property is located in a perfect location, just steps to the beach. The house is spacious, clean and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook. We really appreciated the opportunity to dine outdoors. Amenities offered: fast Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, outdoor shower. In addition, the small details like the books available made the stay even more enjoyable. Davide and Gabriele were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and restorative getaway to the sea. We'll definitely be back as soon as we can!

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

What a beautiful find, being at the beach was amazing So cute, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc We met Elisabetta's parents at check in ,lovely people, who had great suggestions for places to eat, things to do in the area and they had worked hard to get the little place ready for our family Thanks Elisabetta we would love to come back

Giovanni & Paolo were incredible hosts. The apartment was perfect for what we needed including some much appreciated Air Conditioning. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful apartment in a very convenient location. Incredibly clean! Steps from the beach and center of town. We had no issues finding free parking, just around the corner. Overall, a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you Dina and Mrs. Roberta (who was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful in her communication). A+

Great clean and well-decorated house great for those with children in two daughters. I always had a free bathroom, 🤣🤣 great sea view and host, always kind and helpful, I recommend it to everyone

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

We had a great stay. We worked remotely for a few days. The WiFi and the roof terrace were perfect for that. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach. Constantino was flexible in arrival and departure and communicated clearly in English.

What you appreciate most about this location is the peace and quiet of the place, right on the shores of the lake, opening the window, you have a direct view of the sunset and the calm waters of Lake Paola, and being able to relax at the end of the day in your garden near the shore, is a rare experience. It is also a 5-minute drive from the city center and the beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea and lake in the same holiday. It was a pleasure to meet Michele and Clarissa, considerate and kind, who live there in the area and present in case of any eventuality, they have the ability to make you feel not a simple guest but part of the family, while ensuring total autonomy, independence and privacy, an ideal mix of awareness of having support for tips on places, restaurants and attractions and feeling of freedom and meeting with themselves. Perfect for a couple or a family stay. We were there as a couple with two small children who enjoyed the outdoor space of the garden. We had such a great time that in the end we decided to stay even one more night! We will definitely be back.

Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

We had a wonderful stay in Formia at Gisella’s house. The apartment is beachfront and the terrace is big and has a great view to the sea. The local people in the community and at the beach were very friendly and sweet. They invited us to taste different local food and to join a name day-party, at the beach. The local children played with our children. Every day they played football at the beach or handball or volleyball in the water. Our children age 4, 9 and 11 had a great time. We felt very welcome. The neighbor town “Gaeta” is beautiful and we were there several times. We can recommend to rent electric kick scooters with the app “Reby”. With them, the children suddenly loved sightseeing. Gisella was a perfect host. She sent many recommendations and was very sweet and helpful with everything we needed. We can definitely recommend Domus Hormiae to others.

The apartment has an unusual energy and charm. The view of the sea is gorgeous. You feel at home, surrounded by so much beauty. Luca is an exceptional host, present and proactive. The ideal place to rejuvenate.

Manuela's apartment is really beautiful and a stone's throw from the sea! Recently renovated, huge, with attention to every detail, equipped with all the comforts and useful accessories to spend a vacation, feeling at home! Manuela was always kind and helpful in communications. Supermarkets just a short walk away, bar and pizzeria right in front of the gate! The four of us stayed at Giovanni’s apartment for 5 days. The apartment is very comfortable. Two rooms, two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen/living room space. It takes three minutes to reach the beach, which we did every day. The center of the city is 5 minutes away which is very convenient. Giovanni and his spouse are very kind and provided us with useful tips about what we could do in the area which we followed. They also took the time to talk about life in general which we found really enjoyable. We felt at home right away and would go back anytime.
