It combines proximity to the most famous holiday resorts of the Tyrrhenian coast of Lazio with the tranquility of life in the countryside. The house consists of: double bedroom, kitchen/dining room and bathroom. Outside there is an exclusive space and many other common spaces. The house is 4km from Formia and Gaeta, 20km from Sperlonga and 3km from Itri. The station is 2 km away, and you can easily visit Rome or Naples.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

Villa L'Olivarosa is located in a quiet country area. But only a few kilometers from the beaches of Formia (Gianola) and Scauri. And 15 minutes from the Port of Formia and the train station. The Villa, surrounded by olive and fruit plants, is the ideal base to visit lower Lazio, Formia, Gaeta, Sperlonga as well as Montecassino, Rome, Naples and the Almafitana coast. Vllla L'Olivarosa is in a quiet area surrounded by olive and fruit trees only a few minutes drive to the local beaches and Formia.

The small building is located in a side street of Via Indipendenza, the ancient seaside village, at the top of a flight of stairs.The space is very well looked after and equipped with every comfort,here you can spend your holidays in a typical period accommodation. The apartment is on 3 floors, has 2 bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and overlooking the sea,and 1 single bed on a mezzanine. The house has a beautiful terrace with kitchen that you will love!

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
