Gamlahuset by the sea - near Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

Benedikte House is located about ten minutes drive from Egersund city center and about five minutes from E39. We have tried to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one who lived in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the edge of the yard at Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and quiet. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock couple that walk freely. The house is very modern and well equipped.
