At Utstein there are animals on the farmland and cultural pasture all year round and limited access to traffic. It is possible to see/participate in the farm operations. There are many hiking opportunities, short distance to Preikestolen and Kjerag.

At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

The cottage is quiet and idyllic located, about 35 minutes from the city, a great starting point for trips in the area, at sea, on foot or by bike. It is located in scenic surroundings with stunning panoramic views and a short way to the beach. You have to walk about 100m in terrain from the parking lot. ( Some may find it steep.) You also get access to the boathouse with a small living room and private beach. Motor boat and 2kajaks. The beautiful photos in the cabin are for sale.

Vi har unger født i 09, 11, 14 og 2018. De er flittige brukere av bassenget. Det er en sjette soveplass, men det er på en sovesofa. Badestrand og flotte tur muligheter i umiddelbar nærhet. 10minutt til Feed skiarena og Tonstad Sentrum Sengetøy kan bestilles i tillegg. 100 kr pr sett.
