Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Fort Augustus

The house was exactly how described, with the added bonus of a smart tv, which when raining can make all the difference!

What a fabulous place to stay. So much to discover. Loved the single track road to Oban, especially spending time just watching the highland cows and calves. Oban itself was wonderful and had The Best Fish and Chip shop ever!!! (As recommended by Rick Stein). The grounds of Lonan house were superb and led to many varied walks. The apartment was a real home from home. Glencoe is only a stones throw away and although we didn’t get to visit Mull or Kererra the majesty of these islands brings tears to my eyes when I stand and observe them from the harbour in Oban. After a week in the bosom of Lonan House we genuinely did not want to leave. Thank you to Elaine and Malcolm for all the little extra touches that made us and our two little dogs feel so welcome.

Loved our time here. Exactly as described. Beautiful accommodation with a lovely view. Hot-tub was a nice touch at the end of a day exploring the local area. We had dinner in the restaurant in the attached hotel. Food was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting. We would stay here again. 🌸

We had a great time in Fort William and this apartment was perfect for us (2 adults and a 10-year-old). It had all the amenities that we needed, and given the weather we were so grateful to have the dedicated drying room. Restaurants, the train station, shops, a cool playground and a nice hike on Cow Hill are all within a 15 minute walk. Had a great time!

What an amazing place! Beautiful, quiet, in the middle of nowhere but within half an hour of the best shellfish ever (Arisaig), a supermarket, the ferry at Mallaig and the Glenfinnan Viaduct. The nature in this area is almost too beautiful to describe. Lush green mountains, beautiful lochs, white (and some empty) beaches, forrest, all we were looking for. The apartment itself looks exactly like what it is, part of a manor. A small but cozy kitchen (with a double oven in which we made a roast dinner), good beds, great shower and a big living room with coaches and sofas and a wood burner for chilly Highland nights. We (a family of four plus dog) loved it!

An absolutely fantastic place. The views from the accommodation are stunning. The place had everything we needed and was spotless. Henriette was welcoming and responsive. Lochaline is a lovely village with friendly locals. It's a great place for a bit of peace and quiet, but easy to connect with Mull too. There is a shop, petrol station and wonderful restaurant in the village. Hope to be back again soon.

Florence’s place was great for our family! It’s conveniently located and it was everything we needed for our travels!

Beautiful, well appointed little cottage tucked up in the hills above Oban. The view from McCraig’s Tower, which is only steps away, can’t be beat. Town and all you need is only a 10 to 15 minute unbelievably scenic walk away.

We loved our stay at Susan's property. Had all the amenities we could have wanted. great location and plenty of space for the full family! would definitely stay again and very grateful for the prosecco and fudge!

We had a great stay here. The house exceeded our expectations and we particularly loved being able to walk on the beach in the evenings after exploring the beautiful Highlands during the days. It was especially especially useful to have some books and toys for children as we flew to Inverness with hand luggage only. Thanks for the friendly and useful communication - we hope to be back!

Our family had a lovely stay at the Chapel house, it brought back many childhood memories. It was very comfortable and Father Stan was an excellent host, who made us feel very welcome. We appreciated the lovely welcome gift and had a very enjoyable weekend together.

This was a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies for cooking, and we appreciated all her attention to detail. It definitely felt like you were staying in someone else’s home! We enjoyed the treats she left, and would definitely stay here again. It had the charm of an older home, but with the modern updates.

George was an excellent host, providing a warm welcome and great communication in advance of our visit. This is a wonderful house in a beautiful location, and perfect for groups of all ages. Plenty of bathrooms and rooms for relaxing. We enjoyed a week here in mid-June. There were nine adults at one stage, and there was space for us all. I highly recommend Zippity-do-da to anyone visiting this part of Scotland.

What can we say, everything is absolutely perfect about this place - from our wonderful hosts who gave us such great information for our arrival, to the beautiful home with everything you could ask for, all set in such a stunning location - perfect in every way and a perfect base for exploring this corner of Skye. A walk for a meal at the local is also highly recommended! Thanks for sharing such a fabulous home from home!

The Green Lodge was phenomenal! A luxurious property nestled at the edge of a woodland area on the footsteps of the cairngorms what more could you ask for. The surrounding area is beautiful woth so much to see and do. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home as well thanks to the tranquil setting, it being beautifully equipped, thoughtful guides and layout of the property and the many birds and red squirrels we spent hours watching from the back garden. On top of it all the hosts had clearly thought of everything to make your stay a dream and were extremely responsive, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you!

This place is great. It's cozy, colorful and really well cared for. We always look for a well stocked kitchen in an Airbnb, and this kitchen was very well stocked. Everything you need to cook a proper meal. Location is an excellent base for exploring the highlands. Clancy recommended a great local walk which we did, and it was lovely. Great spot!

Aurelie and David are truly wonderful hosts! The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the pictures — no surprises, just exactly what we were hoping for. It was perfectly prepared for us in advance in the configuration we needed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly require. The Nespresso machine was an especially appreciated touch — mornings just aren’t the same without a good coffee to start the day! We also noticed (and appreciated) the whiskey set out on the console — a lovely gesture, even though we only had a small taste. Thank you so much, Aurelie and David, for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed place hosted by truly thoughtful people.

We had an incredible 3 night stay at Skyfall. One of our favourite places we’ve ever stayed! Spotlessly clean rooms with an amazing view. A lot of effort was made to make our stay feel extra special. It was the perfect birthday getaway and the hosts were very kind and welcoming from the minute we arrived. This makes a huge difference compared to the standard ‘self check-in’ experience that a lot of places offer. Small haven of peace in Corpach, beach and Caledonian canal accessible on foot. The place exceeded our expectations! Spacious, quality furniture, small hill-facing garden that made us feel like we were in the middle of the forest! We enjoyed the company of the birds as well as Richard's availability. The plus: a basket filled with lots of good things and games for the children, we were very well received 😊

Had a fantastic time - Pine Martin apartment was like a home from home - brilliantly equipped kitchen - comfy sofa and beds. The covered balcony was perfect to relax and take in the stunning views across the loch and down towards Schiehallion. We also used the facilities at the hotel and the staff there could not have been more welcoming and helpful in the Wild Brownie restaurant, the Marina and the spa. Food was delicious and one of the best spa treatments I've had. Came away feeling like we'd been on a retreat and fully rested and recharged. The only negative was the early checkout at 10am - for a fee of £35 we could have had a later checkout which we felt was an excessive charge for an 'admin' fee.

We had a fab night's stay in Seelies, Queens Lodge. This was a last minute booking as other plans had changed. It was all very easy and within a couple of hours of booking we were in this beautiful, spotless apartment. It has everything you need and the decor is delightful. Felt right at home straight away. Great base for exploring. Near the train station too. Loved it

The apartment is so cozy and charming. Sitting curled up on the sofa with a blanket and hot toddy looking out through the gorgeous picture windows at the abbey is a perfect way to spend a blustery afternoon. The garden is magical. It feels like stepping through the pages of a childhood fairy tale. This beautiful, peaceful place was pure therapy for us. Cannot recommend highly enough!

We are just back home after a short break in Lochaline. It really is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view across the water to Mull. The house was fully accessible with parking right outside the door, all on one level and an easily accessible shower. Very much needed for me as I’m disabled and it can be so hard to find suitable places to stay. The house was very clean with a great selection of utensils and supplies like fairy and dishwasher tablets. I highly recommend a stay at Lesley’s place!
