The space is in a detached guest house, but has a private entry way and private patio. The room has a reading nook, kitchenette, futon, 2 TVs with local channels, and streaming services via fire stick. There is one designated guest parking spot or street parking can be used for multiple vehicles. Neighbor has an outdoor dog so some barking is expected.
