Take in the view from the wall of living room windows, the deck, the lower-level patio, or from the dock on the water. When the weather is warm, enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or fishing. Bring your a ski-boat, or jet skis (boat launch nearby), or use our kayaks. Be aware, tho, if you're not in shape the path could be a struggle.

This waterfront home has a lakefront lawn, a huge boat dock, beautiful views, and gorgeous sunsets. Multiple rooms with views to relax and visit, including two large sunrooms and a large living room with a game table and gas fireplace. This home sleeps 8+ people in the 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and has a fully stocked kitchen with large countertop island seating, dining room table, and 2 bathrooms. Bring your friends and family, and don't forget those sunglasses, paddle boards, and fishing poles!

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Plenty of space to explore, enjoy, and relax. You can raft down the river, enjoy the pool, trampoline, barbeque, have a campfire, play games. Golfing is located across the street. An easy fix for decompressing, fishing, swimming, hiking, rail trail walks, bike rides, cross country skiing and local historical sites. Children 12 & under or pets not accepted. Nearby Republic hosts restaurants, shopping, grocery options, microbrewery/saloons and Stonerose Fossil site. Nov-March AWD needed to access.

This is an apartment unit on the ground floor of our lake home. Lake access is a 30 second walk away! The unit has it's own entrance and there is no access to the main home from the unit. The unit includes a King and twin bed, kitchen with 2 burner stove and refrigerator and a large double vanity bath with a walk in shower, washer, and dryer. 1 block to 1 of 3 nearby golf courses and seconds to the lake this property is perfect for you and your family!
