Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Franklin

Our family was attending a wedding in the area and were very happy with our choice of accommodations. It was perfect for our family with places to gather together or spaces to be apart. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a peaceful and very comfortable place to stay!

This home was absolutely perfect for my father and me during our extended long weekend in the Franklin area visiting family. The location couldn’t have been better, and the attention to detail throughout the house was truly impressive, everything was so thoughtfully arranged. Cozy, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable, it truly felt like a home away from home. They thought of everything to ensure guests feel happy and cared for. Well worth the price, and we would definitely return. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Gretchen's place was very nice. easy location with easy drive into downtown. Gretchen was very responsive to any questions we had.

Cole’s home was sparkling clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the space.

It was the perfect retreat for a girls trip! The home was as advertised - very well appointed w/ everything we needed & we especially LOVED the rocking chairs on the large front porch & the easily walkable proximity to town! Stacey & Jeremy are wonderful hosts - very friendly & informative. We never needed a thing - but appreciated them checking in w/ us during our stay just to be sure we were all set... (and we have no doubt they would be quick to respond & remedy any need had there been one :) We'd love to return to their comfortable, happy home on a return trip to Franklin & highly recommend it to others.

Out of all the Airbnbs we've stayed at, this one was by far the best! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful — they truly went above and beyond. From the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner to the kid-friendly cups, plates, and even toys, they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and special. Our toddler had such a great time playing with their sweet children, and we all enjoyed toasting marshmallows together — such a fun and memorable experience! The bathtub was a highlight — seriously amazing. This place felt like a true oasis. And the chickens? Absolutely adorable! Every morning, our son was so excited to go see them. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

It's a great place, with beautiful surroundings, and very lovely hosts. The overall experience was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. The loft was so quiet and cozy. Great location, close to downtown and within 15 mins from Ridley Sports Park. we loved our stay.

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

Zac was extremely easy to communicate with, we had no issues during our stay. Check in and check out instructions given were clear and easy! Was a good location with places to eat walkable distance and a close uber drive to downtown/Broadway just like stated in the description!

This was in a great location from downtown Nashville. If you want an easy drive into the city, I recommend this place. Ubering from the house was very cheap and easy (around $6 per trip). The drive only took about 10 minutes each way.

This place was super convenient to things in town and also the pool was a nice relaxing place to pass the time. Kitchen is small but fully equipped with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay!! Jimmy sent detailed and clear instructions about everything we might possibly need to know for the weekend. Good location- about 10-15 minute drive from all of the areas we wanted to visit. The space was spotless and we would definitely stay here again!
