I was traveling solo so this place felt HUGE! I loved the private patio. It was close to the hiking I was doing in the area. I would definitely stay again and I’d love to bring my boys next time! I didn’t use the pool or hot tub but the community area is beautiful and very close to this unit.

We decided to pack our bags and head to Colorado for Spring Break! As a family of 4 this spot was perfect! Allison was incredibly helpful and so responsive. The condo was just perfect, clean, had everything needed to cook and relax. My girls loved playing outside in the snow by the stream! I can always appreciate an Airbnb that has those small extra touches as well ( a jar of hair ties goes a long way!) We had such great weather and snow my husband wanted to sneak one last ride in and Allison gave us a late check out before our next stop, Steamboat Springs! Thanks again for sharing your home. We will definitely book this spot again!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s . The kitchen was well stocked with a few condiments and a variety of cooking items. The hot tub and pool were easily accessible and felt great after a big day skiing . Loved the lighted toilet 😊.

Had a great 3 night stay. The place was cozy and the many windows offered some excellent mornings looking out at the snow while sitting by the fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with supplies and the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the condo which offers some privacy if traveling with multiple families. We really appreciated the humidifiers and space heaters they had available! The condo could use a deep clean (dust/trash behind dressers, layers of dust on picture frames and on top of fridge, stains on blankets, etc.) but it didn’t feel dirty. We had one issue with the bathroom drain and the host communicated quickly to resolve the issue. The condo is located in a great community with a grocery store just down the road and it’s a quick and easy drive to Winter Park for more scenery and shopping. We would stay again if traveling to Granby!

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to skiing (only a 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch), the grocery store, and town. We would definitely stay here again.

Amy's place was conveniently located for our ski trip. The place was very clean and comfortable. Amy provided good instructions and made us feel welcomed. We would stay there again!

Vanessa's place was lovely. The kitchen was perhaps one of the best organized and outfitted that we've seen in an airbnb. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. Vanessa was very communicative and accommodating, super great host. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We also enjoyed the proximity to the clubhouse and hottubs/pools - easy walking distance!

Great spot for walking all over WP. right across the street from The Ditch, Hideaway, and the shuttle station to the hill. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Fraser! Great amenities with the pool, hot tub, and gym so close by. My son enjoyed using the basketball courts. Winter Park so close by and convenient to get to. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals there (and save $$). Super quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains right out of the living room. Could not have asked for more. Perfect location to unload/load directly on the ground floor. No issues with neighbors who were respectfully quiet. I hope we were too! We were up at 6 a.m. every day for ski races but tried to be quiet as we loaded the car and drove out.

Great place! Looked exactly like photos, had all the listed amenities. Great TV channels, walkable to downtown winter park and 5 minutes away from the mountain. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, nicely appointed condominium in Fraser, high value for the price and pristinely clean. The scenery and surroundings are so beautiful! Our hosts, Jim and Christine were very responsive to every contact and gave us a great dinner place recommendation, (Deno’s!) as well as an early entry on a snowy cold day that enabled us to get our son sent off to his home, more easily. The bed was great, the deep bathtub was also a plus! The kitchen had everything! We were able to make pancakes from ingredients in the cupboards! Welcoming us as we entered were some candy and nuts and a quite useful guidebook. The fireplace was cozy and the views from the windows gorgeous. We hope to return and recommend this wonderful place without reservation!

This was the perfect place for our 2 families of 4! Our boys loved the clubhouse where they got to swim, play basketball, ping pong and tennis! The condo is perfect and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a beautiful place to stay. It is definitely in great condition and looks brand new. The host is very responsive and super nice. We will definitely be back!

Cheryl and Mark took care of us and all our needs. Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings, and tons of wildlife. We saw 5 moose from the deck (including a cow and her calf) while eating dinner or having our morning coffee. Hot tub, kitchen and bathrooms were super clean. Bedrooms and family room were very, very welcoming. We would highly recommend.

Very nice newer place, well kept with restaurants and gas station right below the unit. Was exactly as photographed. A few things to note: the bunk room is made for small children, very thin cot like mattresses, not comfortable for teenage kids. There are not many pots/pans so cooking may be limited. It is located right off 40 so very convenient but you will hear the snow plows in the early morning scraping the street.

My son and I booked the condo for a late planned ski trip. The condo is very comfortable, clean and modern. It has an adequately stocked kitchen with plenty of utensils and spices for those that prefer to cook. It includes a drip coffee maker and a separate bean grinder (I never know what to buy before arriving). There is some ongoing new construction in the area (as of March 2025). I heard some trucks backing up in the morning, but it did not bother us as we were up each morning to ski. Overall, the place is very quiet with very minimal neighbor noise. There is no cable service, so be prepared to stream or cast from your own device using your own accounts. I was able to stream YouTube TV from my phone to the TV. We took the free shuttle service to the resort each day. It’s a quick walk to the bus stop, and we never waited more than a few minutes for a bus. We walked to the area restaurants and shops. Safeway is a quick drive down the street. We would book again.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. Elizabeth was super responsive and the area was beautiful. We encountered some minor issues with the community center but Elizabeth was super responsive and communicative to help remedy. The free ear plugs were a nice touch and needed. Would recommend staying here!
