Bright 3 bedroom apartment on Amager, close to metro

Nice newly-renovated apartment in the middle of Amager with great light. Close to COPENHAGEN city center and close to the metro. The apartment appears in bright colors and has been completely renovated. It has 2 bedrooms with three-room beds and a desk with seating. The kitchen is bright and functional with oven, hot plates and fridge - very well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table , as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are located at the end of the entrance, which gathers the entire apartment located on the ground floor.

We're renting out our cozy apartment in Nørrebro, 4 minutes walk and you found great bars, restaurants and green areas. The apartment includes one bedroom with a doubble bed and a fold out sofa (in the same room). Very nice bright and new Guesthouse with aircondition, located 10 minutes from central Copenhagen. Very quiet area with no noise from traffic etc. The guesthouse has WIFI, aircondition The guesthouse is not big enough for 3 adults, but its ok with 2 adults and 1 child. There is 1 sofabed 160x200 and if needed there can be a extra mattress on the floor SMOKING of any kind in the guesthouse or outside is not allowed in the guesthouse or near the house.

This newly built guesthouse is located in a very special place in Kbh called Nokken close to the water ( waterfront) You feel like you're in the countryside while having restaurants and shopping options just around the corner . This tiny house is for those who like to relax when you're not walking around on streets . The landlord lives right next to the annex in his tiny house, so picking it up will always be helpful.

The studio used to be a barber shop so it is ground floor, very close to the city centre (2 km) and very close to a very good bakery, train to airport, bus to Cruise Terminals nearby (Østerport Station) and there are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. Furthermore, there are many green areas around and possibility to cycle along the canals and to the city centre.
