The house consists of a ground floor with large kitchen-living room, a living room with TV and fireplace, a playroom, an office with guest bed, as well as a bathroom and exit to two terraces and garden. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a children's room with bunk bed and junior bed, a bathroom, as well as an additional room.

There is free parking at the house and the bus to the city center takes 25 minutes and the bus runs 5 minutes from the house.
