Your own beach on Lake Constance. Just a few steps between your coffee cup and a jump into the water. In summer you paddle off directly from the property by canoe or SUP, sunbathe and grill while the sun sinks into the lake. Schönwald is the ideal place to explore the Black Forest. Right next to the house there is a golf course and a tennis court, as well as small lakes. The apartment is 40 square meters and can accommodate 3 people.

Silva Nigra Chalet for 4 at the pond

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched.
