Netter Kontakt, sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Wohnung war Top, ich komme gern wieder. Danke an dieser Stelle an euch für die schöne Zeit!

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung super gefallen. Es war genug Platz, hatte einen tollen Balkon und der Hof selber ost wunderschön. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und sehr nett. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, sogar Kinderbecher waren vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful unit! The hosts were extremely inviting and made us feel right at home. This place was by far one of our favorite places to stay.

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 7 Erwachsenen und 7 Kids (7-10j) für drei Tage in Engen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und Christina und Thomas waren tolle Gastgeber. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der Garten mit Grillstelle und Trampolin, der gemütliche Vorplatz mit grossem Tisch, das Netz im ersten Stockwerk, sowie die tolle Kombination von Privacy in den drei separaten Wohnungen und gemeinschaftlicher Küche. Auch das Schnaps-Tasting mit Thomas war äusserst gemütlich und lecker 😋. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, wenn wir dürfen!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Fewo. Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Wohnung ist super schön

We loved our stay in this beautiful wooden house. It was very peaceful with two lovely terraces to sit on (one was sunny in the morning and one in the afternoon). The house was very tastefully decorated and very clean. We would recommend for a relaxing stay in the Black Forest.

It was a nice place to stay, and had sufficient space for all of our group.

Im Apartment findet sich ein kurzes Schriftstück, das die Geschichte des Anwesens von 1750 bis heute umreißt. Es schließt mit einem Dankwort an die Gäste, die mit ihrem Aufenthalt helfen, die historische Stätte zu erhalten. Die Innigkeit, die aus dieser Anekdote spricht, haben wir vor und während unseres Aufenthalts als echt empfunden. Die Gastgeber Dagmar und Edgar waren für uns immer erreichbar, sei es auf dem Hof oder in Abwesenheit online, und dabei herzlich, zuvorkommend, unaufgeregt und unaufdringlich. Unser Apartment 4 bot uns hochwertigen Komfort, warme Wohnatmosphäre, wohltuende Stille und erholsamen Schlaf. Wir behalten unseren Aufenthalt in bester Erinnerung.

We absolutely loved our stay in the beautifully updated barn! From the moment we arrived, Edgar warmly welcomed us and gave us a helpful tour of the space and its amenities. The barn itself is stunning—charmingly rustic yet modern and thoughtfully designed. It’s incredibly peaceful and provided the perfect, quiet retreat after days of exploring. The location is ideal as a home base for visiting the many incredible sights of the Black Forest. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

This place is absolutely amazing! It’s very modern and very clean. It is a little outside of Freiburg but only a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. You can get into the city by taking the bus. The bus stops is right outside. There’s also a tram nearby but I rode the bus instead. The area is very quiet and clean. There’s restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. I felt very safe in the area. Melanie was super responsive and she even did our laundry. She was super helpful and always had everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Ein wunderschönes Apartment mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet - wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Melanie und Ron sind herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Meine 3 Freundinnen und ich hatten ein geniales Wochenende in Gundelfingen bei Melanie und Ron. Wir wurden herzlichst begrüsst und fanden eine traumhafte Wohlfühloase vor. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Loved our stay!!! What a beautiful property! Dr. Edgar welcomed us and was kind enough to show us around. The owners did a tremendous job meticulously remodeling this old building and each unit is cute as a button. Very comfortable bed- slept like a baby. I also appreciated the attention to detail that was apparent everywhere. The owners clearly want you to have a amazing stay! The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked multiple meals during our stay. There is a great Edeka market and bakery within a 4 minute walk which was super convenient. Great area for hiking and relaxing and for exploring small towns in the area. 5 stars all the way! If you see this place available, just go ahead and book it - you'll love it!
