Holiday rentals with a patio in Freiburg

We were there with four people and two dogs and everything matched the description. A nice cozy, clean apartment where you could feel right at home. We also found the range of utensils (towels, dishwashing detergent and the like) and the possibility of washing your laundry on site to be great.

The whole experience was an extraordinary one. The location was exactly as it is presented in the pictures and in the description. Located in a quiet area, equipped with everything you would need and very well arranged. The host is a very friendly, always communicative and open to suggestions when it comes to uncertainties. I recommend this location with the greatest confidence.

Super friendly host. Although public transport is very well organized, we had a car and explored the the environment, which was great. The accomodation is what we hoped for and the host is super responsive, which was very helpful.

Immediately back! I felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. Parking was not a problem. Those who like to be in the fresh air can enjoy a walk into the city or use the forest paths that start almost at the house. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment where we felt completely at home. Nice quiet location to discover other cities and areas from there. Everything was also available in the apartment and also all looked very neat and clean. Apartment was also very nicely remodeled and finished high-quality. Compliments!

Our year 2025 could not have started better. Thanks for that 🙏 We were greeted personally by Milla & Grace, and we immediately felt welcome thanks to the brief introduction from the two. For us, it was the perfect place to relax, the incredibly beautiful panoramic windows invite you to do yoga or linger. Two other pluses were the sauna and the great free-standing bathtub. We will be happy to come back and can recommend the spacious apartment to anyone looking for something special.

Large, tasteful and very extensively furnished apartment. Conveniently located to get downtown (tram stop almost at the front door, also not far on foot). However, it is on a busy road, so not for very noise-sensitive people.

One of the Best Airbnb Stays We've Had! This villa was truly one of the best Airbnb properties we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a spacious house with all modern amenities, beautifully maintained and perfectly located. The views of the Black Forest from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning. The large balcony with a dining table made it perfect for enjoying meals with a breathtaking view. The villa also has a beautiful garden and a lovely outdoor sitting area, perfect for relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. The private sauna and wellness area were a fantastic bonus — we wish we had booked a couple more days to enjoy it even more! Melanie was a wonderful and friendly host, making our stay even more comfortable. Just a note for future guests: having your own transportation is essential, as there’s no public transport nearby. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Our family of four, kids 12 and 9, had a lovely week away here! Fantastic views of the Black Forest, comfy beds, stylish bathrooms, terrace, well equipped kitchen and parking. Hornberg is great for hiking and sightseeing. We hiked through the woods from the house, drove to Feldberg to climb the highest point in the Black Forest and enjoyed a walk to Hornberg Castle. Triberg Waterfall was a great day out, as were the various museums and attractions there. A highlight was Ride and Slide day at Europa Park and Rulantica. Amazing rides, short queue times and excellent theming. We've been to Disneyland and, honestly, had a better time here! We headed to Baden Baden for a walk along the allee and a trip on the funicular to the watch the paragliders jump. We spent the whole of our last day at the Freibad Hornberg, a wonderful lido, local to the house, where our kids played on the huge slide and diving boards for hours. Can't recommend the house and location enough!

Han's place was idyllic indeed. Loved the way he repurposed the furniture. His extensive library was amazing and a variety of subjects! Made me wished I learnt German actually. Was fun to see the Rolling Stones posters and tickets.. and books in the library. The garden was huge and peaceful. Overall, a beautiful place.

Absolutely loved👍😍. We stayed 1 week for two with our four-legged friends in the beautiful accommodation of Petra and Roger. Already before our trip, we had such a friendly contact with Petra and Roger. Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. The place is a dream, clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of privacy and with everything your heart desires🙏❤. The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutachschlucht, Schluchsee, Rheinfall, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still see a lot. Last but not least, Petra and Roger are perfect, loving 😍hosts who were always available and supported with valuable tips. Simply 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for everyone👍🙏. We had a wonderful time🙏.. We had a wonderful holiday week in this beautiful holiday cottage. Everything was neat and in good order. The kitchen was equipped with many utensils. On the deck, you could sit outside with a view of the meadows. If the weather was a little less inclement, the conservatory was a nice covered spot from which you had almost as much of a view. From the cottage, you can walk into the surrounding hills with a huge variety of wild plants and flowers. The national park is within driving distance and offered many more hiking opportunities. We also enjoyed visiting Freudenstadt and other places in the area.

A beautifully converted dairy stylish and chic. Lovely setting on the family farm. Warm welcome and great to be able to buy locally made produce direct. Well placed to visit sights in the Black Forest. Would visit again

We really liked the spacious, bright and well-equipped apartment as a group of four people. We especially loved the terrace! Even in the rain, we were able to use it and relax on it. The little cat, who visited us from time to time, also sweetened the evening. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything met our expectations. The large living/dining area is very nice. Since we wanted to spend two days in Rulantica, this apartment was perfectly located for us as a starting point. Always happy to come back!

We felt at home in the accommodation from the beginning. The apartment is excellently equipped – there were many small hygiene items, a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need in everyday life. The large, private balcony with morning and evening sun was a real highlight and invited you to linger every day. On hot days, the air conditioning cooled us pleasantly, and the modern, spacious bathroom was also very comfortable. The friendly contact was particularly positive – we always got quick answers and also received great tips about the area and activities. All in all absolutely recommended – we would come back anytime!

Sergej is a great host. We had a very nice stay. The location is very and perfect for switching off. The apartment was spotlessly tidy and immediately seemed very welcoming to us. Communication was very good and Sergej was always available quickly with questions. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

The four of us spent a long weekend here and used the apartment as a starting point for various excursions. Stefan was always available and gave us some good tips for excursions in the area. The apartment was nicely decorated, in excellent condition and from the conservatory you had a great view into the surrounding mountains. Our kids also loved the play corner in the living room.

This beautiful apartment was a perfect getaway for us to Black Forest. We were there for 2 nights with our cat & felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need and is very neat & clean. We only felt that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow but managed anyhow. Very peaceful & beautiful surrounding. Would definitely recommend.
