Black Forest Loft Panoramic Views

Modern design loft with fantastic views in a secluded location. The family-friendly and spacious apartment is quietly located between Feldberg and Schluchsee in the spa town of Menzenschwand and was completed in 2024. On 55 square meters, you can expect an accommodation in the Black Forest flair with a lot of love for detail. With a picturesque view of the countryside, you can sit back in our loft and relax. The great location of the property opens up many leisure activities.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

Eine hochwertig, eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für erholsame, entspannte Urlaubstage. Einen Garagenstellplatz und der Zugang per Lift sind zu dieser Wohnung möglich. Die Nutzung des Hotpotts ist nur Absprache möglich. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10km Entfernung. In der näheren Umgebung sind der Schluchsee, Feldberg, Titisee, Rheinfall Schaffhausen und die Schweiz. Der Bodensee ist nach einer Stunde Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The apartment with separate entrance is in the lower part of my beautiful farmhouse. It is perfect located, a 5-minute walk away from the Rhine, 20 minutes by car from Zurich Airport or 30 minutes by car from Zurich Central Station. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The apartment is perfect for nature-loving singles and couples. Swimming fun in the Rhine is guaranteed during the summer.

Ferienwohnung Seerose in Titisee

Directly in Titisee, just a 15-minute walk from the lake shore and the lively waterfront, is our modernly equipped apartment. The accommodation is privately run by us and has its own underground parking space, a small, private sun terrace as well as a communal sauna in the house. A dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (filter and PAD), toaster, egg cooker, kettle and bathtub are part of our basic amenities.

The villa accomodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for larger groups and families travelling together. The villa is located on the Swiss country side next to a forest, but still close to Zurich, ideally situated between Zurich, Lucerne and Zug.

This charming 2-room apartment offers all you need for a cozy stay. It has a small kitchenette and a private toilet with shower. The rooms are partially furnished and, as shown in the pictures, stylishly furnished. The bed is 160 × 200 cm. A special highlight is the shared use of the beautiful garden, which invites you to relax outdoors.
