Wunderbare Penthouse Wohnung mit fast 360° rundum Blick in Alzey, mitten im Herzen Rheinhessens. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. Befindet man sich hierauf hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Stadt.

Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with beautiful garden and rent out our attached apartment overlooking the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! We offer a small guest room in our cozy romantic farmhouse. The room is located in our barn and is equipped with a shower and sink. The toilet is located separately in the courtyard. The kitchen in the separate seminar house can also be used. The cozy courtyard invites you to linger. Also ideal for hikers, cyclists or motorcyclists in transit. Recently, we have a paid electric car charging station / wallbox in the yard.
