Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

My place is close to the thermal spa Erding (15 min. Footpath). The city park with petting zoo is in the immediate vicinity. Munich airport is 15 minutes away. The old town of Erding with good shopping, cozy inns with good standard fare or restaurants with fine cuisine is within walking distance in 20 minutes.The place is good for couples and families. Your four-legged family members are also welcome.

The approx. 50 square meters, bright and spacious apartment is located in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality carpentry furniture. The beautiful old town of Landshut can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.
