The stay is located in a country peaceful area in the middle of the nature, well maintained, the apartment is clean and modern style. Overall I recommend this stay, very peaceful again out of the city/town noise. :)

Great accommodation

Great place in peaceful settings. Fantastic building with lots of history. Perfect for hiking in the scenic Erzegebirge and for visiting the many small towns. A very good location for our family with three kids. The flat itself was clean and had a very nice climate, which is nice when you have been roasted all day in the mountains. Good space and fantastic view. The gatekeeper was a nice and helpful guy. Swimming pools (Freibade) are dotted around in almost every village and can for sure be recommended. The only problem is that you do not want to leave Floßmühle when your holiday is over.

We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in the beautiful Villa Rotschönberg in Großschirma from 28.12.2024 to 04.01.2015. The location in the middle of the forest, right on a small river, immediately enchanted us. In this idyllic setting we were able to relax wonderfully and enjoy nature. A special highlight was the exploration of the festively decorated Dresden and the hikes in Saxon Switzerland – simply breathtaking! The landlords, Tom and Tanja, were not only super hosts, but also very warm and likeable people who made our stay even more beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and would like to sincerely thank the two for the great time and the unforgettable experiences! We will be happy to come back! We stayed at the property as a group of girls for an extended weekend. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped. There are cooking utensils (salt, pepper, oil but you should bring your own), baking utensils, a barbecue, games, terraces with furniture to relax and get together, a sauna and maps with excursion destinations in the area and much more. We felt right at home. The train station is about a 15-minute walk, so you can also easily arrive and depart by train. The landlady and her team are very friendly and accommodating. They would have been responsive at all times if we needed them. We didn't miss anything this weekend and we can only recommend the place!

Highly recommended! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location is ideal, quiet yet well connected. Hello, Our opinion in the house,location,surroundings very nice. Light switches,heating,roller blinds (condition elements) not so easy to operate. For the price of the final cleaning, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Otherwise, we had a great time

Mario is a great host with a truly unique house, which is perfect for larger groups. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time at Gabriela’s. The old villa and the surroundings are picturesque, the room and the kitchen are very comfortable and she was very caring by providing the fire at the fireplace at the end of every cold day I spent hiking with my two sons. Recommend to anyone.
