The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The large half-timbered house of the cloth merchant C.W. Henke in Upper Lusatia: built in 1831 and carefully renovated with the original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, traditional linseed oil paints and historic wallpaper from the 1930s. On 260 m² there is plenty of space for up to 11 people, a large dining table for everyone, plenty of toys and a very extensively equipped kitchen.
