Our apartment is located in a very small village in an idyllic valley of the Werra-Meißner district, in the middle of Germany. Here you will find peace and quiet... paired with the luxury of a completely ecologically renovated, stylish apartment. You have 90 square meters of living space, a private entrance and a beautiful, large terrace for yourself. Clay walls and floor/or wall heating create a living environment to breathe. Entdecken Sie die Region Südharz mit vielen schönen Wander- und Radwegen sowie Wellnessmöglichkeiten. Fussläufig erreichen Sie das Naturschutzgebiet Hainholz-Beierstein. Skilifte, Bikeparks und Sommerrodelbahn befinden sich in ca. 35 Autominuten Entfernung. Hunde bis zu einer Schulterhöhe von 40 cm und Kurzhaar- Rassen sind erlaubt.

The transport connection is excellent, the A38 and A7 highways are within easy reach. Friedland train station is only about 5 km away. For cycling enthusiasts, the Leine-Heide cycle path passes directly by our village. Secure bicycle parking is available.

The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.
