Welkom in onze vakantie Villa op een mooi Recreatiepark in Sint Maarten NH. Met een heerlijk verwarmd buiten zwembad, speeltuin, trampoline en een mooi Parkhuys met biljart. Op 15 min. rijden van het strand, zee en duinen. Het huisje heeft alles wat uw hartje begeert. Beneden is er een eet en zit gedeelte. Met een mooie luxe keuken. Buiten kunt u heerlijk ontspannen op het zonnige terras of loungehoek. De 1ste verdieping heeft 2 grote slaapkamers, een ruime badkamer, en een 2de aparte WC.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Sofaecke zum Entspannen, eine Süd-Terrasse samt Sonnenschutz und Liegestühlen. In der Küche ist neben der üblichen Austattung mit Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich das Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett saniert. Alles wie neu und bereit für euch.

Kort om een vakantie bestemming met volop mogelijkheden.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Comfortably and newly renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds. The 1-room flat + separate kitchen has been completely renovated and furnished with much love. Everything can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A garage (H 2m width 3.35) is available free of charge. Fast WiFi, a 55-inch Smart TV, USB and USB-C sockets are also available. Hotel bed linen/towels are included.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.
