The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Private and quiet guesthouse with private bathroom and kitchen

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. There is a private entrance and parking. The guest house is well suited for a night or two for guests passing through. Many choose the place as a quiet stop on their journey. Guests can check in without a host. Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

You can park two minutes from the house – free of charge and without time limit.

Enjoy the sea as well as the city in this town-house from 1856, located in the centre of idyllic Faaborg with its cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. The apartment is decorated in a warm, earthy, relaxed style. Bedroom with double bed (140x200), living room with sofa-bed (145x200), kitchen with built-in bench, bathroom (shower).

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

The Old Smithy. Ørbæk

The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
