We are located 5km from Poreč (can be reached with bike) and 30km from Rovinj, two pearls on Adriatic Sea.

The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

Apartments Molindrio are located in one of the most beautiful bays in Poreč, after which the apartments themselves are named. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
