The room has access to a balcony with garden furniture and garden views. The nearest grocery store is just 10m away and the city is a 5-minute walk along the sea. The apartment has air conditioning, TV and wifi (included in the price).

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
