As I moved recently, the photos are still from my last apartment but the room and apartment are very similar! (Hope to update soon!) This sunny room is otherwise used for creating artwork! cool apartment in a cool house with great neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, one bedroom and a dressing room in which there is a sofa to fold out... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is 20 minutes by subway.. and the refrigerator is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. Beautiful wide sofa bed

The room is furnished with a refrigerator and TV. Wi-Fi is available as well as a balcony door to walk to the balcony. Since the room in the apartment is where the host also lives , there are private items in the room with the sofa bed. Every now and then, as a host, I have to go into the room to get my personal belongings. There is a large leisure pool with many sauna landscapes. ( Palm - Beach ) about 1 km is a large shopping center opened only in 2015.
