Centrally located, 20 minutes to the trade fair

cool apartment in a cool house with great neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, one bedroom and a dressing room in which there is a sofa to fold out... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is 20 minutes by subway.. and the refrigerator is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. Beautiful wide sofa bed

The room is furnished with a refrigerator and TV. Wi-Fi is available as well as a balcony door to walk to the balcony. Since the room in the apartment is where the host also lives , there are private items in the room with the sofa bed. Every now and then, as a host, I have to go into the room to get my personal belongings. There is a large leisure pool with many sauna landscapes. ( Palm - Beach ) about 1 km is a large shopping center opened only in 2015.
