Recently renovated 60 square meters situated in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently connected to public transport. The tram station is not more than 5 minutes away on foot. It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

Art Room for 1-2 people

As I moved recently, the photos are still from my last apartment but the room and apartment are very similar! (Hope to update soon!) This sunny room is otherwise used for creating artwork! You will see work from professionals & hobby painters. Framed pictures, cards & prints available! Centrally located, 20 minutes to the trade fair

cool apartment in a cool house with great neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, one bedroom and a dressing room in which there is a sofa to fold out... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is 20 minutes by subway.. and the refrigerator is filled with beer and snacks on arrival 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. Take the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun and entertainment. Close to Nuremberg, the trade fair, also at the gate to the Franconian lake district, good shopping. There are 3 single beds and a double bed. The sofa in the living room, due to its size, offers 1 to 2 people the option of sleeping there, but there is also a mattress that you can put on the floor.

This apartment (approx. 11 m²) offers plenty of space and is located on a quiet street. It features a fitted kitchen and a balcony. The S-Bahn station is right on the doorstep, providing a 20–25 minute commute to the trade fair (3 trains per hour, running every 20 minutes).
