Renovated and newly furnished two-room ground floor apartment in a very quiet location on Lake Constance in the Gundholzen district of the municipality of Gaienhofen. Large living room with a comfortable pull out couch, bedroom with large double bed. Beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside. The lake is only 10 minutes by foot or 3 minutes by bike. Beautiful hiking trails start right at the apartment. The immediate hill allows a great lake view after less than 5 minutes walking time.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. You also have access to an indoor pool, sauna & table tennis. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
